2025-03-15selftests/bpf: lwt_seg6local: Move test to test_progsBastien Curutchet (eBPF Foundation)
test_lwt_seg6local.sh isn't used by the BPF CI. Add a new file in the test_progs framework to migrate the tests done by test_lwt_seg6local.sh. It uses the same network topology and the same BPF programs located in progs/test_lwt_seg6local.c. Use the network helpers instead of `nc` to exchange the final packet. Remove test_lwt_seg6local.sh and its Makefile entry. 2025-03-15selftests/bpf: lwt_seg6local: Remove unused routesBastien Curutchet (eBPF Foundation)
Some routes in fb00:: are initialized during setup, even though they aren't needed by the test as the UDP packets will travel through the lightweight tunnels. Remove these unnecessary routes. 2022-10-20selftests/bpf: fix missing BPF object filesWang Yufen
After commit afef88e65554 ("selftests/bpf: Store BPF object files with .bpf.o extension"), we should use *.bpf.o instead of *.o. In addition, use the BPF_FILE variable to save the BPF object file name, which can be better identified and modified. 2020-07-21selftests/bpf: Fix test_lwt_seg6local.sh hangsIlya Leoshkevich
OpenBSD netcat (Debian patchlevel 1.195-2) does not seem to react to SIGINT for whatever reason, causing prefix.pl to hang after test_lwt_seg6local.sh exits due to netcat inheriting test_lwt_seg6local.sh's file descriptors. Fix by using SIGTERM instead. 2018-08-03selftests/bpf: update test_lwt_seg6local.sh according to iproute2Mathieu Xhonneux
The shell file for test_lwt_seg6local contains an early iproute2 syntax for installing a seg6local End.BPF route. iproute2 support for this feature has recently been upstreamed, but with an additional keyword required. This patch updates test_lwt_seg6local.sh to the definitive iproute2 syntax Signed-off-by: Mathieu Xhonneux <m.xhonneux@gmail.com> Acked-by: Yonghong Song <yhs@fb.com> Signed-off-by: Daniel Borkmann <daniel@iogearbox.net>
2018-06-26selftests: bpf: notification about privilege required to run ↵Jeffrin Jose T
test_lwt_seg6local.sh testing script This test needs root privilege for it's successful execution. This patch is atleast used to notify the user about the privilege the script demands for the smooth execution of the test. 2018-05-24selftests/bpf: test for seg6local End.BPF actionMathieu Xhonneux
Add a new test for the seg6local End.BPF action. The following helpers are also tested: - bpf_lwt_push_encap within the LWT BPF IN hook - bpf_lwt_seg6_action - bpf_lwt_seg6_adjust_srh - bpf_lwt_seg6_store_bytes A chain of End.BPF actions is built. The SRH is injected through a LWT BPF IN hook before entering this chain. Each End.BPF action validates the previous one, otherwise the packet is dropped. The test succeeds if the last node in the chain receives the packet and the UDP datagram contained can be retrieved from userspace.
