This patch is preparation for testing FEAT_MTE_STORE_ONLY
It shouldn't change test result.

If FEAT_MTE_TAGGED_FAR (Armv8.9) is supported, bits 63:60 of the fault address
are preserved in response to synchronous tag check faults (SEGV_MTESERR).
This patch adds new test cases using address tags (bits 63:60),
corresponding to each existing test in check_mmap_option.

Before add mtefar testcase on check_mmap_option.c,
refactor check_mmap_option:
- make testcase suite array with test options (mem_type, mte_sync type and etc)
to use general testcase pattern
- generate each test case name acoording to test options.

The check_mmap_options test reports the error below because the test
plan is not declared correctly:
# Planned tests != run tests (0 != 22)
Fix the test adding the correct test plan declaration.

This testcase checks the different unsupported/supported options for mmap
if used with PROT_MTE memory protection flag. These checks are,
* Either pstate.tco enable or prctl PR_MTE_TCF_NONE option should not cause
any tag mismatch faults.
* Different combinations of anonymous/file memory mmap, mprotect,
sync/async error mode and private/shared mappings should work.
* mprotect should not be able to clear the PROT_MTE page property.
