2024-06-26wifi: iwlwifi: fw: api: fix some kernel-docJohannes Berg
There are naming issues of structs vs. kernel-doc, fix some that I noticed now. 2024-02-21wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: partially support PHY context version 6Johannes Berg
The version 6 command adds the puncture mask to the PHY context and is otherwise the same. Support that in the API definitions, but don't fill it yet. While at it, also mark the field as removed from the link context command since it moved from there to PHY context. 2024-01-26wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: introduce PHY_CONTEXT_CMD_API_VER_5Emmanuel Grumbach
This command version adds two news fields: sbb_bandwidth and sbb_ctrl_channel_loc They will be populated later. 2023-10-23wifi: iwlwifi: api: fix center_freq label in PHY diagramJohannes Berg
Somehow I managed to put the EHT line in the wrong place and also didn't indent the center_freq label correctly. Fix it. 2023-06-06wifi: iwlwifi: api: link context action in kernel-docJohannes Berg
This is clearer in kernel-doc than spelling out the prefix. It also lets us generate better tracing data. 2022-11-28wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: support 320 MHz PHY configurationJohannes Berg
Support 320 MHz PHY configuration and while doing so rewrite the code since we'd otherwise double the number of cases in the switch statement. 2021-12-07iwlwifi: mvm: add support for PHY context command v4Johannes Berg
A new version of this command deprecates the rxchain_info field but is otherwise the same, so treat it the same way. We already leave the rxchain_info zeroed since the RLC command is supported. 2020-12-10iwlwifi: mvm: add support for 6GHzLuca Coelho
Add support to the 6GHz band (aka. Ultra High Band or UHB). This allows us to scan and connect to channels in that band, including all the relevant features, such as preferred scan channels, colocated channels etc. Co-developed-by: Haim Dreyfuss <haim.dreyfuss@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Haim Dreyfuss <haim.dreyfuss@intel.com> Co-developed-by: Ilan Peer <ilan.peer@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Ilan Peer <ilan.peer@intel.com> Co-developed-by: Tova Mussai <tova.mussai@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Tova Mussai <tova.mussai@intel.com> Co-developed-by: Andrei Otcheretianski <andrei.otcheretianski@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Andrei Otcheretianski <andrei.otcheretianski@intel.com> Co-developed-by: Tali Levi Rovinsky <Tali.Levi-rovinsky@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Tali Levi Rovinsky <Tali.Levi-rovinsky@intel.com> Co-developed-by: Avraham Stern <avraham.stern@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Avraham Stern <avraham.stern@intel.com> Co-developed-by: Ayala Beker <ayala.beker@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Ayala Beker <ayala.beker@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Luca Coelho <luciano.coelho@intel.com> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/iwlwifi.20201210000657.0fdbfc3d7352.Idb648536faf21716e2ab2c6d6890d3e49f719cd3@changeid Signed-off-by: Luca Coelho <luciano.coelho@intel.com>
2020-10-01iwlwifi: phy-ctxt: add new API VER 3 for phy context cmdMordechay Goodstein
The API added the ability to send for CDB nic what LMAC ID the cmd belongs to. Also driver always set apply_time to zero so no need to pass it as a param and anyway in new API it's removed for no use. 2019-01-29iwlwifi: mvm: Change FW channel info APIDavid Spinadel
Change iwl_fw_channel_info structure so it can have channel number greater than 255. This is needed for 6 GHz channel numbers. Change all relevant structs and member accesses accordingly. The new API is indicated by a TLV capability bit. Signed-off-by: David Spinadel <david.spinadel@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Luca Coelho <luciano.coelho@intel.com>
2017-08-01iwlwifi: reorganize firmware APIJohannes Berg
Apart from DVM, all firmware uses the same base API, and there's code outside iwlmvm that needs to interact with it. Reflect this in the source better and reorganize the firmware API to a new fw/api/ directory. While at it, split the already pretty large fw-api.h file into a number of smaller files, going from almost 3k lines in there to a maximum number of lines less than 1k.
