2024-03-05net: introduce page_frag_cache_drain()Yunsheng Lin
When draining a page_frag_cache, most user are doing the similar steps, so introduce an API to avoid code duplication. mtk_wed_wo_queue_tx_clean() In order to avoid a NULL pointer dereference, check entry->buf pointer before running skb_free_frag in mtk_wed_wo_queue_tx_clean routine. 2023-07-27net: Explicitly include correct DT includesRob Herring
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. 2023-01-13net: ethernet: mtk_wed: get rid of queue lock for tx queueLorenzo Bianconi
Similar to MTK Wireless Ethernet Dispatcher (WED) MCU rx queue, we do not need to protect WED MCU tx queue with a spin lock since the tx queue is accessed in the two following routines: - mtk_wed_wo_queue_tx_skb(): it is run at initialization and during mt7915 normal operation. Moreover MCU messages are serialized through MCU mutex. - mtk_wed_wo_queue_tx_clean(): it runs just at mt7915 driver module unload when no more messages are sent to the MCU. Remove tx queue spinlock. 2023-01-11net: ethernet: mtk_wed: get rid of queue lock for rx queueLorenzo Bianconi
Queue spinlock is currently held in mtk_wed_wo_queue_rx_clean and mtk_wed_wo_queue_refill routines for MTK Wireless Ethernet Dispatcher MCU rx queue. mtk_wed_wo_queue_refill() is running during initialization and in rx tasklet while mtk_wed_wo_queue_rx_clean() is running in mtk_wed_wo_hw_deinit() during hw de-init phase after rx tasklet has been disabled. Since mtk_wed_wo_queue_rx_clean and mtk_wed_wo_queue_refill routines can't run concurrently get rid of spinlock for mcu rx queue.
