Add a new subdirectory for display code, and start off by moving
modesetting output/encoder code. Judging by the include changes, this is
a surprisingly clean operation.

This patch checks a support of YCBCR420 outputs on an encoder level.
If the input mode is YCBCR420-only mode then it prepares DP as an YCBCR420
output, else it continues with RGB output mode.
It set output_format to INTEL_OUTPUT_FORMAT_YCBCR420 in order to using
a pipe scaler as RGB to YCbCr 4:4:4.

If lscon is active, it makes not to call intel_dp_ycbcr420_config()
to avoid to clobber of lspcon_ycbcr420_config() routine.

Move intel_dp_get_colorimetry_status() to intel_dp from intel_psr.
intel_dp_get_colorimetry_status() checks
VSC_SDP_EXTENSION_FOR_COLORIMETRY_SUPPORTED bit in the
DPRX_FEATURE_ENUMERATION_LIST register.
And intel_dp_ycbcr420_config() uses intel_dp_get_colorimetry_status().

6bpc is only legal for RGB and RAW pixel encodings. For the rest
the minimum is 8bpc. Set our lower limit accordingly.

It used to be handy that we only had a couple of headers, but over time
intel_drv.h has become unwieldy. Extract declarations to a separate
header file corresponding to the implementation module, clarifying the
modularity of the driver.
Ensure the new header is self-contained, and do so with minimal further
includes, using forward declarations as needed. Include the new header
only where needed, and sort the modified include directives while at it
and as needed.
No functional changes.

Both radeon and nouveau can re-use this code so move it up a level
so they can. However the hw interfaces for aux ch are different
enough that the code to translate from mode, address, bytes
to actual hw interfaces isn't generic, so move that code into the
Intel driver.
