Going forward, struct intel_display shall replace struct
drm_i915_private as the main display device data pointer type. Convert
intel_opregion.[ch] to struct intel_display.
v2:
- Fix declarations for !CONFIG_ACPI (Imre, kernel test robot)
- Pass encoder/connector directly to intel_display() (Imre)

We want to later change intel_opregion_get_vbt to duplicate the vbt
memory if present, which would be an overkill when we just want to
peek into the presence of opregion vbt. Carve out the presence check
into its own function to use in places where only the presence of vbt
is required.

Add a function to check the opregion ASLE presence instead of accessing
the opregion structures directly.
Reorder the checks in i915_has_asle() to avoid the function call if

Export headless sku bit (bit 13) from opregion->header->pcon as an
interface to check if our device is headless configuration.
This is mainly targeted for hybrid gfx systems. E.g. when display
is not supposed to be connected discrete graphics card it's
opregion can inform this is headless graphics card.
v3: Dummy version is now static inline function
v2: Check also opregion version

The ACPI OpRegion Mailbox #5 ASLE extension may contain an EDID to be
used for the embedded display. Add support for using it via by adding
the EDID to the list of available modes on the connector, and use it for
eDP when available.
If a panel's EDID is broken, there may be an override EDID set in the
ACPI OpRegion mailbox #5. Use it if available.
Fixes the GPD Win Max display.

Changes:
- EDID is copied and validated with drm_edid_is_valid
- EDID is now only used as a fallback.
- squashed the two patches

Now that we have a new subdirectory for display code, continue by moving
modesetting core code.
display/intel_frontbuffer.h sticks out like a sore thumb, otherwise this
is, again, a surprisingly clean operation.
v2:
- don't move intel_sideband.[ch] (Ville)
- use tabs for Makefile file lists and sort them
