Support commits via the flip queue (as opposed to DSB or MMIO).
As it's somewhat unknown if we can actually use it is currently
gated behind the new use_flipq modparam, which defaults to disabled.
The implementation has a bunch of limitations that would need
real though to solve:
- disabled when PSR is used
- disabled when VRR is used
- color management updates not performed via the flip queue
v2: Don't use flip queue if there is no dmc
v3: Use intel_flipq_supported()
v3: Configure PKG_C_LATENCY appropriately
Ignore INT_VECTOR if there is a real PIPEDMC interrupt
(nothing in the hw appears to clear INT_VECTOR)
v4: Leave added_wake_time=0 when flip queue isn't used, to
avoid needleslly increasing pkg_c_latency on lnl/ptl due
to Wa_22020432604. This is a bit racy though...
Use IS_DISPLAY_VER()

Although Bspec doesn't explicitly mentions that, as of Xe3_LPD, using
DMC wakelock is the officially recommended way of accessing registers
that would be off during DC5/DC6 and the legacy method (where the DMC
intercepts MMIO to wake up the hardware) is to be avoided.
As such, update the driver to use the DMC wakelock by default starting
with Xe3_LPD. Since the feature is somewhat new to the driver, also
allow disabling it via a module parameter for debugging purposes.
For that, make the existing parameter allow values -1 (per-chip
default), 0 (disabled) and 1 (enabled), similarly to what is done for
other parameters.
v2:
- Describe -1 in the same area where 0 and 1 are described. (Luca)

intel_display_params_dump() prints the current display parameters, not
the ones captured during error capture. It's not likely the params get
changed in between, but make it pedantically correct anyway. Pass in the
parameters and driver name to intel_display_params_dump().

Going forward, struct intel_display shall replace struct
drm_i915_private as the main display device data pointer type. Convert
intel_display_params.[ch] and intel_display_debugfs_params.[ch] to
struct intel_display.

As we extend the use of DSB for critical pipe/plane register
programming, it'll be nice to have an escape valve at hand,
in case things go very poorly. To that end, add a i915.enable_dsb
modparam by which we can force the driver to take the pure mmio
path instead.

This reverts commit 0d82a0d6f5561af8dea7011d1b7cae510021723e.
The commit failed to take into account that the parameter duplication
and debugfs for char * parameters were subtly different between i915
core and display, and caused the DMC and PM to be disabled. Moreover,
the patch was pushed with failing CI results. Revert, and get back to
the drawing board.
