Forward declare struct drm_printer instead of including drm/drm_print.h,
as we only need the pointer. Turns out quite a few places depend on this
include implicitly. Make them explicit.
Some of the includes are just stale and unnecessary. Group the forward
declarations together while at it.

The mode_valid() callbacks of drm_encoder, drm_crtc and drm_bridge
take a const struct drm_display_mode argument. Change the mode_valid
callback of drm_connector to also take a const argument.

I2C v7, SMBus 3.2, and I3C 1.1.1 specifications have replaced "master/slave"
with more appropriate terms. Inspired by Wolfram's series to fix drivers/i2c/,
fix the terminology for users of I2C_ALGOBIT bitbanging interface, now that
the approved verbiage exists in the specification.

Prefer sizeof(*variable) to sizeof(type) to make it a bit

Poke a few more bits into the ch7xxx to make
it output a picture after being reset during S3.
In particular we need to set the input buffer select (IBS),
and enable VGA vsync output on the BCO pin. Selecting
VGA hsync on the c/h sync pin doesn't actually seem necessary
on my ADD card at least, but the BIOS selects it so why not.

Everything about the file is about display, and mostly about types
related to display. Move under display/ as intel_display_types.h to
reflect the facts.
There's still plenty to clean up, but start off with moving the file
where it logically belongs and naming according to contents.
v2: fix the include guard name in the renamed file

Add a new subdirectory for display code, and start off by moving
modesetting output/encoder code. Judging by the include changes, this is
a surprisingly clean operation.
v2:
- move intel_sdvo_regs.h too
- use tabs for Makefile file lists and sort them
