clarification about the IxPiuMicrocode.dat firmware
The commit message of 0a777b53c57c11d4c9e1cda04c6f11579fa8f2f8 incorrectly
states that IxPiuMicrocode.dat is loaded in the IA32. This is not the case.
This commit adds a precision stating that IxPiuMicrocode.dat is unrelated to
the IA32 and runs on a separate controller.
