This cleans up the DRC, DRT[0:1], DRA registers with bitfield names. In
addition, the magic register is set based on DIMM size.
There is no change to registers for 512MB ECC DIMM (boot tested and confirmed
with a MCH register dump).

This patch aims to convert the Truxton dev board to CAR which required the
following changes:
- Remove unused variables (to satisfy no warnings flag)
- Change .c includes to use headers (raminit_ep80579, early_smbus, smbus)
- Remove early_mtrr_init because CAR takes care of this
- Remove cache_lbmem (raminit_ep80579.c) as CAR takes care of this
- Remove debug code (for now, coming soon)
One side effect is that the mtarvon and eagleheights (which are already CAR)
romstage now use the new headers. These two boards have been build tested.
The truxton platform was boot tested and a full memtest was run.

Without this patch, issuing 'shutdown -r now' from a linux command line causes

Booting Truxton without this patch on a linux 2.6.34 kernel results in no valid
IRQs for GbE, USB and several other PCI devices. Rather then fix the old
tables, convert to ACPI using the eagleheights code as an example. After this
patch IRQs work for all devices.
In addition, copy the early_config code from the eagleheights mainboard which
will enable RCBA, enable HPET and disable watchdog.

With the K8T800/M800 patch from r6367 the PCI IDs for the VIA chrome were
moved to pci_ids.h. The PCI ID for K8M890 chrome was copied incorrectly.
(3220 instead of 3230). This patch defines the correct PCI ID for this device.
