In followed commits, dice driver is split into several files. For easily
managing these files, this commit adds subdirectory and move file into
the directory.

Doing accesses without quadlet alignment is a bad idea because the
firmware's byte-swapping would garble the data; clarify this in the
documentation.

more documentation.
