The Lenovo Yoga 6 13ACL6 82ND has a similar BIOS problem as other Lenovo
laptops from that vintage that causes a rather long resume from suspend.
Add it to the quirk list that manipulates the scratch register to avoid
the issue.

When the HSMP ACPI device is present, loading the amd_hsmp.ko
module incorrectly displays the message "HSMP is not supported on
Family:%x model:%x\n" despite being supported by the hsmp_acpi.ko
module, leading to confusion.
To address this issue, relocate the acpi_dev_present() check to the
beginning of the hsmp_plt_init() and revise the print message to
better reflect the current support status.
Additionally, add more error messages in the error paths and debug
messages to indicate successful probing for both hsmp_acpi.ko
and amd_hsmp.ko modules.

There are some firmware parameters that need to be configured
when a CPU core is brought online or offline.
When a CPU is online, it will initialize the workload classification
parameters to CPU firmware which will trigger the workload class ID
updating function.
Once the CPU is going offline, it will need to disable the workload
classification function and clear the history.

Initialize per CPU score `amd_hfi_ipcc_scores` which store energy score
and performance score data for each class.
Classic and dense cores are ranked according to those values as energy
efficiency capability or performance capability. OS scheduler will pick cores
from the ranking list on each class ID for the thread which provide the class
id got from hardware feedback interface.

When `amd_hfi` driver is loaded, it will use PCCT subspace type 4 table
to retrieve the shared memory address which contains the CPU core ranking
table. This table includes a header that specifies the number of ranking
data entries to be parsed and rank each CPU core with the Performance and
Energy Efficiency capability as implemented by the CPU power management
firmware.
Once the table has been parsed, each CPU is assigned a ranking score
within its class. Subsequently, when the scheduler selects cores, it
chooses from the ranking list based on the assigned scores in each class,
thereby ensuring the optimal selection of CPU cores according to their
predefined classifications and priorities.

The AMD Heterogeneous core design and Hardware Feedback Interface (HFI)
provide behavioral classification and a dynamically updated ranking table
for the scheduler to use when choosing cores for tasks.
There are two CPU core types defined: Classic and Dense. Classic cores are
the standard performance cores, while Dense cores are optimized for area and
efficiency.
Heterogeneous compute refers to CPU implementations that are comprised
of more than one architectural class, each with two capabilities. This
means each CPU reports two separate capabilities: "perf" and "eff".
Each capability lists all core ranking numbers between 0 and 255, where
a higher number represents a higher capability.
Heterogeneous systems can also extend to more than two architectural
classes.
The purpose of the scheduling feedback mechanism is to provide information
to the operating system scheduler in real time, allowing the scheduler to
direct threads to the optimal core during task scheduling.
All core ranking data are provided by the PMFW via a shared memory ranking
table, which the driver reads and uses to update core capabilities to the
scheduler. When the hardware updates the table, it generates a platform
interrupt to notify the OS to read the new ranking table.

Merge fixes back into for-next to be able to take dell_rbu change that
is build on top of fixes material, and to bring lenovo related changes
in sync after the move under lenovo/ subdir in the for-next branch and
diverging changes in the fixes branch.

A new header fch.h was created to store registers used by different AMD
drivers. This header was included by i2c-piix4 in
commit 624b0d5696a8 ("i2c: piix4, x86/platform: Move the SB800 PIIX4 FCH
definitions to <asm/amd/fch.h>"). To prevent compile failures on non-x86
archs i2c-piix4 was set to only compile on x86 by commit 7e173eb82ae9717
("i2c: piix4: Make CONFIG_I2C_PIIX4 dependent on CONFIG_X86").
This was not a good decision because loongarch and mips both actually
support i2c-piix4 and set it enabled in the defconfig.
Move the header to a location accessible by all architectures.

Existing swnode graph format is specific to sensor device
and is causing conflicts when accessing standard property
variables outside the sensor driver.
To address this issue, enhanced swnode graph format with
dedicated nodes for i2c and isp devices, with sensor node
added as child to i2c node. This approach allows to have
standard property variables (ex: 'clock-frequency') with
values applicable for each of the devices (sensor, i2c and
isp).
ACPI device driver_data handle is also initialized with root
camera swnode to access the property variables in the graph
in isp and i2c drivers.

Every other s2idle cycle fails to reach hardware sleep when keyboard
wakeup is enabled. This appears to be an EC bug, but the vendor
refuses to fix it.
It was confirmed that turning off i8042 wakeup avoids ths issue
(albeit keyboard wakeup is disabled). Take the lesser of two evils
and add it to the i8042 quirk list.

commit 5b1122fc4995f ("platform/x86/amd/pmf: fix cleanup in
amd_pmf_init_smart_pc()") adjusted the error handling flow to use a ladder
but this isn't actually needed because work is only scheduled in
amd_pmf_start_policy_engine() and with device managed cleanups pointers
for allocations don't need to be freed.
Adjust the error flow to a single call to amd_pmf_deinit_smart_pc() for
the cases that need to clean up.

If any of the tee init fails, pass up the errors and clear the tee_ctx
pointer. This will prevent cleaning up multiple times.

If setting up smart PC fails for any reason then this can lead to
a double free when unloading amd-pmf. This is because dev->buf was
freed but never set to NULL and is again freed in amd_pmf_remove().
To avoid subtle allocation bugs in failures leading to a double free
change all allocations into device managed allocations.

IS_REACHABLE() was required when CONFIG_HWMON was set to m and HSMP to y.
However, commit 69157b00b526 ("platform/x86/amd/hsmp: fix building with
CONFIG_HWMON=m") added a HWMON dependency for HSMP in Kconfig. With
this change, using IS_ENABLED() is sufficient.
Add the missing header file as well.

Currently hsmp_send_message() uses down_timeout() with a 100ms timeout
to take the semaphore. However __hsmp_send_message(), the content of the
critical section, has a sleep in it. On systems with significantly
delayed scheduling behaviour this may take over 100ms.
Convert this method to down_interruptible(). Leave the error handling
the same as the documentation currently is not specific about what error
is returned.
Previous behaviour: a caller who competes with another caller stuck in
the critical section due to scheduler delays would receive -ETIME.
New behaviour: a caller who competes with another caller stuck in the
critical section due to scheduler delays will complete successfully.

__hsmp_send_message sleeps between result read attempts and has a
timeout of 100ms. Under extreme load it's possible for these sleeps to
take a long time, exceeding the 100ms. In this case the current code
does not check the register and fails with ETIMEDOUT.
Refactor the loop to ensure there is at least one read of the register
after a sleep of any duration. This removes instances of ETIMEDOUT with
a single caller, even with a misbehaving scheduler. Tested on AMD
Bergamo machines.

The area of memory that contains the metrics table may contain garbage
when the cycle starts. This normally doesn't matter because the cycle
itself will populate it with valid data, however commit 9f5595d5f03fd
("platform/x86/amd: pmc: Require at least 2.5 seconds between HW sleep
cycles") started to use it during the check() phase. Depending upon
what garbage is in the table it's possible that the system will wait
2.5 seconds for even the first cycle, which will be visible to a user.
To prevent this from happening explicitly clear the table when logging
is started.

ISP device specific configuration is not available in ACPI. Add
swnode graph to configure the missing device properties for the
OV05C10 camera device supported on amdisp platform.

MECHREVO Wujie 14XA (GX4HRXL) wakes up immediately after s2idle entry.
This happens regardless of whether the laptop is plugged into AC power,
or whether any peripheral is plugged into the laptop.
Similar to commit a55bdad5dfd1 ("platform/x86/amd/pmc: Disable keyboard
wakeup on AMD Framework 13"), the MECHREVO Wujie 14XA wakes up almost
instantly after s2idle suspend entry (IRQ1 is the keyboard):

Add this model to the spurious_8042 quirk to workaround this.

amd_hsmp and hsmp_acpi are intended to be mutually exclusive drivers and
amd_hsmp is for legacy platforms. To achieve this, it is essential to
check for the presence of the ACPI device in plat.c. If the hsmp ACPI
device entry is found, allow the hsmp_acpi driver to manage the hsmp
and return an error from plat.c.
Additionally, rename the driver from amd_hsmp to hsmp_acpi to prevent
"Driver 'amd_hsmp' is already registered, aborting..." error in case
both drivers are loaded simultaneously.
Also, support both platform device based and ACPI based probing for
family 0x1A models 0x00 to 0x0F, implement only ACPI based probing
for family 0x1A, models 0x10 to 0x1F. Return false from
legacy_hsmp_support() for this platform.
This aligns with the condition check in is_f1a_m0h().

commit 376a8c2a14439 ("platform/x86/amd/pmf: Update PMF Driver for
Compatibility with new PMF-TA") added support for platforms that support
an updated TA, however it also exposed a number of platforms that although
they have support for the updated TA don't actually populate a policy
binary.
Add an explicit check that the policy binary isn't empty before
initializing the TA.

When an APU exits HW sleep with no active wake sources the Linux kernel will
rapidly assert that the APU can enter back into HW sleep. This happens in a
few ms. Contrasting this to Windows, Windows can take 10s of seconds to
enter back into the resiliency phase for Modern Standby.
For some situations this can be problematic because it can cause leakage
from VDDCR_SOC to VDD_MISC and force VDD_MISC outside of the electrical
design guide specifications. On some designs this will trip the over
voltage protection feature (OVP) of the voltage regulator module, but it
could cause APU damage as well.
To prevent this risk, add an explicit sleep call so that future attempts
to enter into HW sleep will have enough time to settle. This will occur
while the screen is dark and only on cases that the APU should enter HW
sleep again, so it shouldn't be noticeable to any user.

On some platforms it has been observed that STT limits are not being
applied properly causing poor performance as power limits are set too low.
STT limits that are sent to the platform are supposed to be in Q8.8
format. Convert them before sending.

Commit b35108a51cf7 ("jiffies: Define secs_to_jiffies()") introduced
secs_to_jiffies(). As the value here is a multiple of 1000, use
secs_to_jiffies() instead of msecs_to_jiffies() to avoid the multiplication
This is converted using scripts/coccinelle/misc/secs_to_jiffies.cocci with
the following Coccinelle rules:

The HSMP interface is just an SMN interface with different offsets.
Define an HSMP wrapper in the SMN code and have the HSMP platform driver
use that rather than a local solution.
Also, remove the "root" member from AMD_NB, since there are no more
users of it.
