8852BT needs to call TX wake notify once entering Leisure Power Save.
8852C needs to call TX wake notify after entering low power mode. Other
AX chips only MGMT packets needs to call TX wake after entering low power
mode. BE chips no need to call TX wake.

The PD lower bound set after one interface is connected, If second
interface needs to connect, packets might not be detected because the
PD lower bound is too high. Therefore, a DIG suspend/resume flow is
added to decrease the PD lower bound during scanning or connection,
and the original PD level is resumed afterward.

Currently the driver allows the WiFi chip enter power save mode
by checking the transmitting and receiving traffic is very low
per two seconds. But it's hard for some applications to enter
power save mode, like video streaming, which sends burst traffic
regularly for other side to buffer and only send little traffic
at most time. So adjust the criteria to enter power save while
lower than 10Mbps and check it per 100ms. Thus WiFi chip could
reduce power consumption under these applications.

In the case of USB the TX descriptor is transmitted in the same buffer
as the 802.11 frame, so add the required headroom.

Disable deep power saving for USB and SDIO because rtw89_mac_send_rpwm()
is called in atomic context and accessing hardware registers results in
"scheduling while atomic" errors.

Userspace tools will parse NL80211_BSS_LAST_SEEN_BOOTTIME (if any) for a
more accurate timing when a BSS was seen. For example, iw, wpa_supplicant.
For beacon and probe response, fill RX boottime_ns in ieee80211_rx_status.
And for certain, it shouldn't count the waiting time for the PPDU status,
i.e. the possible buffering time of a frame in driver.

unsupported 6 GHz band
With a quite rare chance, RX report might be problematic to make SW think
a packet is received on 6 GHz band even if the chip does not support 6 GHz
band actually. Since SW won't initialize stuffs for unsupported bands, NULL
dereference will happen then in the sequence, rtw89_vif_rx_stats_iter() ->
rtw89_core_cancel_6ghz_probe_tx(). So, add a check to avoid it.

Correct the length when parsing with 2nd IE header and the length

The auth retry only continue 40ms, but the GO might switch to STA role
50ms when MCC. Therefore, enlarge the TX retry count from 32 to 60 to
let GC TX time overlapping with GO timeslot.

HW scan leak to TX nulldata 0 to AP after scan completed, which allowed
AP start to TX packet to us. Therefore, driver TX nulldata 0 after scan
completed.

MCC needs to wait at most 300ms to start. Additionally, if
scanning happens before MCC starts, it will miss some beacons,
which might cause beacon loss. Therefore, we reset beacon
filter when MCC start to let hardware reset beacon loss counter.
Additionally, GO is forbid to enter courtesy mode might cause
STA beacon loss. Therefore, disable beacon filter when GO+STA.
However, In WiFi 7 chip, even when GC+STA enable courtesy mode, the
beacon might loss because switching to courtesy timeslot will disable
TX/RX. If the TOB(time offset behind) or TOA(time offset ahead) is
too close to the edge of timeslot, the beacon might not be received.
Therefore, disable beacon filter when GC+STA in WiFi 7 chip.
Because disabling the beacon filter might prevent disconnection
when the AP power-off without sending a deauth. Therefore, driver
TX QOS nulldata periodically to detect the AP status, and the
connection is terminated if no ACK is received for 6 seconds.

The frequency get from PPDU status set as center channel during MCC,
but we need to report to mac80211 as primary channel. Therefore, we
use the chanctx information in software to instead it.

To support channel switch on STA mode, declare IEEE80211_HW_CHANCTX_STA_CSA
and implement ieee80211_ops::switch_vif_chanctx. Handling of CSA procedure
still relies on mac80211 SW flow, since FW doesn't support chanctx offload.
To support channel switch on AP mode, declare WIPHY_FLAG_HAS_CHANNEL_SWITCH
and implement ieee80211_ops::channel_switch_beacon additionally.

The "link_id" value comes from the user via debugfs. If it's larger
than BITS_PER_LONG then that would result in shift wrapping and
potentially an out of bounds access later. In fact, we can limit it
to IEEE80211_MLD_MAX_NUM_LINKS (15).
Fortunately, only root can write to debugfs files so the security
impact is minimal.

Originally, MCC just took periodic NoA into account. When the connected GO
announces non-periodic NoA and GC side is during MCC, sometimes GC cannot
receive beacons well if the MCC scheduling conflicts with the non-periodic
NoA planning. After the loss exceeds the tolerable amount, beacon filter
will report connection loss. However, in this case, the loss is acceptable.
So now, MCC will calculate the range of non-periodic NoA. And then, don't
care beacon loss during the range.
Besides, rtw89_mcc_fill_role_limit() only makes sense for GC. Remove the
redundant check of GO.

When stopping MCC, FW can stop at a given MCC role following H2C command.
When pausing chanctx during MCC, in general, the caller expects to process
things with its chanctx. So, pass the caller as target and let FW stop MCC
at it.

Add an dbgfs mlo_mode to get/set MLO mode. And, support to trigger MLSR
switching. Setting it will automatically disable MLO Dynamic Mechanism
(DM). Then MLO things can follow commands via dbgfs mlo_mode instead of
MLO DM. The disabled DM(s) can be checked/cleared via dbgfs disable_dm.
The following is an use example.
Read it to show current MLD status.
$ cat mlo_mode
MLD(s) status: (MLO DM: enable)
#0: MLO mode 0, valid 0x6, active 0x2
Write it to switch to MLSR on link id 2.
$ echo 0 2 > mlo_mode
$ cat mlo_mode

Add MLSR switch mechanism based on tracking RSSI. Switch to a 2 GHz link
(if any) when average RSSI is lower than threshold -53. And, switch out
from a 2 GHz link when average RSSI is larger than threshold -38.
The sequence of MLSR switch handling is like the following.
1. initialize target link and configure to PS mode
2. configure current designated link to PS mode
3. configure target link to non-PS mode
4. deinitialize currently active links except target link
The above flow also implies that target link becomes new designated link.

Wi-Fi 7 chips have dual HW bands. After impending MLO support, they
can work with HW-[0] / HW-[1] / HW-[0,1] according to active links.
So, during setting channel, also re-calculate the MLO DBCC mode flag.
Then, leaf chip functions of setting channel can configure with HWs
based on current case.
Besides, tweak the initial and idle MLO DBCC mode of Wi-Fi 7 chips to
MLO_1_PLUS_1_1RF to work with dual HW bands. And, after disconnecting,
due to no active links, MLO DBCC mode will re-calculate to idle case,
i.e. MLO_1_PLUS_1_1RF.

For data packets that can be sent on any band, fill in main mac_id
and let HW decide. For packets that we wish to transmit on specific
band, fill in sw_mld field so HW would only send it on that band.
Main mac_id is the corresponding mac_id on band 0.

Internally wiphy writes to individual channels in this structure,
so we must not share one static definition of channel list between
multiple device instances, because that causes hard to debug
breakage.
For example, with two rtw89 driven devices in the system, channel
information may get incoherent, preventing channel use.

A link bound to HW band 0 was previously always assumed to exist, because
it's true on non-MLD connection, and MLO connection is not supported yet.
Now, start to consider MLO cases and prepare to enable MLO support in the
following. Add skeleton of designated link. For single-link cases, helper
returns the one. For multi-link cases, priorities can be scheduled. Then,
drop assumption of link bound to HW band 0.
One exception is that MCC doesn't work with MLD yet, so it still expects
link on HW band 0 somewhere.

Originally, a macro, RTW89_ROC_BY_LINK_INDEX, is used to decide the link
which deals with the ROC process. Before enabling MLO support, it's fine
to hard-code RTW89_ROC_BY_LINK_INDEX as 0 since the link instance-0 (on
HW-0) is always active. But, for the impending enablement of MLO support,
tweak the leaf functions to dynamically handle ROC link instance index.
Besides, in the follow-up, ROC caller will get a designated link and will
then drop RTW89_ROC_BY_LINK_INDEX.

Adjust mapping of management packets accordingly to send it on the
second hardware band. Previously only single band is used and we
plan to enable MLO, so the second band will be needed. Data packets
will be steered by hardware so no related changes are required.

FW has a limited amount of channels that can be dealt with by one HW scan
H2C command. Based on the limit, channels in scan request might be parsed
into SW structure piece by piece along with multiple HW scan H2C commands.
But, in order to estimate things of entire HW scan process, it's required
to have the whole parsed channel list when HW scan is going to start. So,
tweak HW scan flow to prepare the whole channel list ahead. Still, each HW
scan H2C command takes allowed amount of channels from the list according
to the limit.

Support to load dynamic SAR tables with ACPI RWRD method. The content
format of a single dynamic SAR table is basically the same as static
SAR table. However, it's able to carry multiple dynamic SAR tables at
one time. And, its header contains one more field to describe how many
dynamic SAR tables are filled in the content. Either static SAR table
or dynamic SAR tables can be supported, but not both simultaneously.
Besides, also support to load indicator of dynamic SAR with ACPI RWSI
method. The indicator will describe a target dynamic SAR table, which
should be followed currently, by antenna. It can be changed at runtime
according to platform mode. For example, tablet mode can use different
SAR from normal mode. So, track indicator configuration if dynamic SAR
is configured.

To support SAR configuration in BIOS via ACPI, add related subbnad/band
converting/handling function and define SW format to store result after
parsing. Then, register a new SAR source, i.e. ACPI, into SAR flow and
implement its query function.
Besides, tweak priority of common SAR to be the highest. And, ACPI SAR
can just be configured once when no other sources is already working.
For now, evaluating SAR via ACPI returns -ENOENT, i.e. ACPI SAR doesn't
really work yet. The evaluating flow will be implemented in the following.

TAS state switching mechanism now incorporates the TX ratio as a
decision parameter. The average power calculation has been improved
by using a higher resolution conversion from dBm to linear. During
scan or MCC operations, TAS state is forced to static SAR and
suspend the average power calculation. Additionally, TAS window
size depends on the regulatory domain and band to ensure compliance.
TAS is enabled when permitted by the regulatory domain and is
currently supported on the 8852CE.
For debugging, add a flag to disable_dm that can stop TAS mechanism.

during scanning
For some packets, we could not get channel information from PPDU status.
And this causes wrong frequencies being reported. Parse the channel
information from IE if provided by AP to fix this.

Driver selects firmware by hardware version, which normally can be read
from registers before selecting firmware. However, certain chips such as
RTL8851B, it needs to read hardware version from efuse while doing
power_on, but do power_on after selecting firmware in current flow.
To resolve this flow problem, move power_on out from
rtw89_mac_partial_init(), and call rtw89_mac_pwr_on() separately at
proper places to have expected flow.

Except probe/remove flow, the consumers of early_h2c list are interface
start and debugfs. There must be no race between probe/remove flow and
interface start. The failed probe flow is to free early_h2c list as well
as remove flow, at these two moments debugfs doesn't present. Thus, it is
safe to free early_h2c list without held wiphy_lock in these situations.

With spatch script, already remove most driver mutex and generate
lockdep_assert_wiphy(), and some are needed to refine manually further to
be expected:
- lockdep_assert_wiphy() always be the first statement in function
- return directly rather than unnecessary goto
- change assert from mutex to wiphy lock, which script can't convert
automatically.

For certain works protected by driver mutex, use wiphy_work() directly
to have wiphy lock held naturally. Then every this kind of works is
protected by both wiphy lock and driver mutex.

The regulatory and wiphy setup should be done in rtw89_regd_setup(). And,
what rtw89_regd_init() should do is to initialize target regulatory domain
(regd), if and only if one is programmed in efuse. Since HW is registered
after rtw89_regd_setup() and before rtw89_regd_init(), do not fill fields
of regulatory in rtw89_regd_init(). So, move the regulatory->reg_6ghz_power
assignment into rtw89_regd_setup().
Besides, rtw89_regd_notifier is assigned in rtw89_regd_setup() instead of
rtw89_regd_init(). To reduce confusion, stop passing rtw89_regd_notifier to
rtw89_regd_init(). And, rename rtw89_regd_init() to rtw89_regd_init_hint().

Dynamic mechanism EDCCA (Energy Detection Clear Channel Assessment) is to
dynamically adjusted to make EDCCA suitable for situations.
Use PHY context to support two PHY.
For the EDCCA log part, registers to report EDCCA for PHY 1 is not a
simple offset from PHY 0, so add them by separate patch.

DIG standing for dynamic initial gain is to define RX coverage. Adjust this
value dynamically to gain good RX performance.

To support MLO working on PHY 0 and PHY 1, extend existing PHY dynamic
mechanism from PHY 0 to PHY 0/1.
Implement a 2 elements array for two PHY instances, and pass pointer
of each element as argument to existing functions. Then existing algorithm
is kept, unchanged.
Also provide iterate and get function to access PHY context.
