The bin_attribute argument of bin_attribute::read() is now const.

GPIO core already handles missing direction_input/output() callbacks.
The ones in this driver also effectively return magic numbers which is
not optimal either (the number accidentally corresponds with -EPERM which
is different from the number GPIOLIB returns and so inconsistent). Just
remove them.

Since commit 88785982a19d ("media: vb2: use lock if wait_prepare/finish
are NULL") it is no longer needed to set the wait_prepare/finish
vb2_ops callbacks as long as the lock field in vb2_queue is set.
Since the vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish callbacks already rely on that field,
we can safely drop these callbacks.
This simplifies the code and this is a step towards the goal of deleting
these callbacks.

There is a confusing pattern in the kernel to use a variable named
'timeout' to store the result of wait_for_completion_timeout() causing
patterns like:
timeout = wait_for_completion_timeout(...)
if (!timeout) return -ETIMEDOUT;
with all kinds of permutations. Use 'time_left' as a variable to make the
code self explaining.
Fix to the proper variable type 'unsigned long' while here.

This patch replaces max(a, min(b, c)) by clamp(b, a, c) in the solo6x10
driver. This improves the readability and more importantly, for the
solo6x10-p2m.c file, this reduces on my system (x86-64, gcc 13):
- the preprocessed size from 121 MiB to 4.5 MiB;
- the build CPU time from 46.8 s to 1.6 s;
- the build memory from 2786 MiB to 98MiB.
In fine, this allows this relatively simple C file to be built on a
32-bit system.

This patch converts the solo6x10 driver code to use the new unified
PCM copy callback. It's a straightforward conversion from *_user() to
*_iter() variants. As copy_to_iter() updates the internal offest at
each write, we can drop the dst counter update in the loop, too.
Note that copy_to_iter() returns the copied bytes, hence the error
condition is adjusted accordingly.

If device_register() returns error in solo_sysfs_init(), the
name allocated by dev_set_name() need be freed. As comment of
device_register() says, it should use put_device() to give up
the reference in the error path. So fix this by calling
put_device(), then the name can be freed in kobject_cleanup().

The wrappers in include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h should go away.
The patch has been generated with the coccinelle script below and has been
hand modified to replace GFP_ with a correct flag.
It has been compile tested.
When memory is allocated in 'snd_solo_pcm_open()' (solo6x10-g723.c)
GFP_KERNEL can be used because this flag is already used jew a few lines
above.
When memory is allocated in 'solo_enc_alloc()' (solo6x10-v4l2-enc.c)

On 32-bits archs, a signed integer has 31 bits plus on extra
bit for signal. Due to that, touching the 32th bit with something
like:
int bar = 1 << 31;
has an undefined behavior in C on 32 bit architectures, as it
touches the signal bit. This is warned by cppcheck.
Instead, force the numbers to be unsigned, in order to solve this
issue.

[drivers/media/v4l2-core/v4l2-ioctl.c:1391]: (error) Shifting signed 32-bit value by 31 bits is undefined behaviour
There are lots of places where we're doing 1 << 31. That's bad,
as, depending on the architecture, this has an undefined behavior.
The BIT() macro is already prepared to handle this, so, let's
just switch all "1 << number" macros by BIT(number) at the header files
with has 1 << 31.

Remove dependencies on HAS_DMA where a Kconfig symbol depends on another
symbol that implies HAS_DMA, and, optionally, on "|| COMPILE_TEST".
In most cases this other symbol is an architecture or platform specific
symbol, or PCI.
Generic symbols and drivers without platform dependencies keep their
dependencies on HAS_DMA, to prevent compiling subsystems or drivers that
cannot work anyway.
This simplifies the dependencies, and allows to improve compile-testing.
Note:
- The various VIDEOBUF*DMA* symbols had to loose their dependencies on
HAS_DMA, as they are selected by several individual drivers.

Instead of using an ancillary function to avoid duplicating
a small portion of code that copies data either to kernelspace
or between userspace-kernelspace, duplicate the code,
as it prevents static analyzers to complain about it:
drivers/media/pci/solo6x10/solo6x10-g723.c:260:46: warning: cast removes address space of expression
The hole idea of using __user is to make sure that the code is
doing the right thing with address space, so there's no
sense on use casting.

solo6x10 correctly deals with time stamps and will never
suffer from overflows, but it uses the deprecated 'struct timespec'
type and 'ktime_get_ts()' interface to read the monotonic clock.
This changes it to use ktime_get_ts64() instead, so we can
eventually remove ktime_get_ts().

24 GPIO pins from 32 available on solo6x10 chips are exported
to gpiolib. First 8 GPIOs are reserved for internal use on capture card
boards, GPIOs in range 8:15 are configured as outputs to control relays,
remaining 16:31 are configured as inputs to read sensor states.
Now with this patch userspace DVR software can switch relays and read
sensor states when GPIO extension cards are attached to Softlogic solo6x10
based video capture cards.

This patch enables support for non-Bluecherry labeled solo6110
based PCI cards which have 3 x TW2864B chips and one TW2865.
These cards are displayed by lspci -nn as
"Softlogic Co., Ltd. SOLO6110 H.264 Video encoder/decoder [9413:6110]"
Bluecherry cards have 4 x TW2864A. According to datasheet register 0xFF
of TW2864B chips contains value 0x6A or 0x6B depending on revision
which being shifted 3 bits right gives value 0x0d.
Existing version of solo6x10 fails on these cards with
