Use iio_get_masklength() to access '.masklength' so it can be annotated
as __private when there are no more direct users of it.
While at it, remove some unneeded line breaks.

Make use of the struct_size() helper instead of an open-coded version,
in order to avoid any potential type mistakes or integer overflows that,
in the worst scenario, could lead to heap overflows.
Also, address the following sparse warnings:
drivers/iio/buffer/industrialio-hw-consumer.c:63:23: warning: using sizeof on a flexible structure when using CF='-Wflexible-array-sizeof'

Use devm_add_action_or_reset() instead of devres_alloc() and
devres_add(), which works the same. This will simplify the
code. There is no functional changes.

Add devm_iio_hw_consumer_alloc function that calls iio_hw_consumer_free
when the device is unbound from the bus.
