This patch adds 64-bit register accessors to simplify register access in
Panthor. It also adds 32-bit and 64-bit variants for read_poll_timeout.
This patch also updates Panthor to use the new 64-bit accessors and poll
functions.

Currently, we pick the MMIO offset based on the size of the pgoff_t
type seen by the process that manipulates the FD, such that a 32-bit
process can always map the user MMIO ranges. But this approach doesn't
work well for emulators like FEX, where the emulator is a 64-bit binary
which might be executing 32-bit code. In that case, the kernel thinks
it's the 64-bit process and assumes DRM_PANTHOR_USER_MMIO_OFFSET_64BIT
is in use, but the UMD library expects DRM_PANTHOR_USER_MMIO_OFFSET_32BIT,
because it can't mmap() anything above the pgoff_t size.
In order to solve that, we need a way to explicitly set the user MMIO
offset from the UMD, such that the kernel doesn't have to guess it
from the TIF_32BIT flag set on user thread. We keep the old behavior
if DRM_PANTHOR_SET_USER_MMIO_OFFSET is never called.

Add a device DebugFS file that displays a complete list of all the DRM
GEM objects that are exposed to UM through a DRM handle.
Since leaking object identifiers that might belong to a different NS is
inadmissible, this functionality is only made available in debug builds
with DEBUGFS support enabled.
File format is that of a table, with each entry displaying a variety of
fields with information about each GEM object.
Each GEM object entry in the file displays the following information
fields: Client PID, BO's global name, reference count, BO virtual size,
BO resize size, VM address in its DRM-managed range, BO label and a GEM
state flags.
There's also a usage flags field for the type of BO, which tells us
whether it's a kernel BO and/or mapped onto the FW's address space.
GEM state and usage flag meanings are printed in the file prelude, so
that UM parsing tools can interpret the numerical values in the table.

MMU handler needs to be in control of the job interrupt clears because
clearing the interrupt also unblocks the writer/reader that triggered
the fault, and we don't want it to be unblocked until we've had a chance
to process the IRQ.
Since clearing the clearing is just one line, let's make it explicit
instead of doing it in the generic code path.
Note that this commit changes the existing behavior in that the MMU
COMPLETED irqs are no longer cleared, which is fine because they are
masked, so we're not risking an interrupt flood.

If we do a GPU soft-reset, that's no longer fast reset. This also means
the slow reset fallback doesn't work because the MCU state is only reset
after a GPU soft-reset.
Let's move the retry logic to panthor_device_resume() to issue a
soft-reset between the fast and slow attempts, and patch
panthor_gpu_suspend() to only power-off the L2 when a fast reset is
requested.

When the runtime PM resume callback returns an error, it puts the device
in a state where it can't be resumed anymore. Make sure we can recover
from such transient failures by calling pm_runtime_set_suspended()
explicitly after a pm_runtime_resume_and_get() failure.

Drawing from the FW-calculated values in a previous commit, we can increase
the numbers for an open file by collecting them from finished jobs when
updating their group synchronisation objects.
Display of fdinfo key-value pairs is governed by a bitmask that is by
default unset in the present commit, and supporting manual toggle of it
will be the matter of a later commit.

In order to support UM in calculating rates of GPU utilisation, the current
operating and maximum GPU clock frequencies must be recorded during device
initialisation, and also during OPP state transitions.

Enable calculations of job submission times in clock cycles and wall
time. This is done by expanding the boilerplate command stream when running
a job to include instructions that compute said times right before and
after a user CS.
A separate kernel BO is created per queue to store those values. Jobs can
access their sampled data through an index different from that of the
queue's ringbuffer. The reason for this is saving memory on the profiling
information kernel BO, since the amount of simultaneous profiled jobs we
can write into the queue's ringbuffer might be much smaller than for
regular jobs, as the former take more CSF instructions.
This commit is done in preparation for enabling DRM fdinfo support in the
Panthor driver, which depends on the numbers calculated herein.
A profile mode mask has been added that will in a future commit allow UM to
toggle performance metric sampling behaviour, which is disabled by default
to save power. When a ringbuffer CS is constructed, timestamp and cycling
sampling instructions are added depending on the enabled flags in the
profiling mask.
A helper was provided that calculates the number of instructions for a
given set of enablement mask, and these are passed as the number of credits
when initialising a DRM scheduler job.

There's no reason for _irq_suspend/resume() to be called after the
device has been unplugged, and keeping this dev_enter/exit()
section in _irq_suspend() is turns _irq_suspend() into a NOP
when called from the _unplug() functions, which we don't want.

Make sure we set suspended=true last to avoid generating an irq storm
in the unlikely case where an IRQ happens between the suspended=true
assignment and the _INT_MASK update.
We also move the mask=0 assignment before writing to the _INT_MASK
register to prevent the thread handler from unmasking the interrupt
behind our back. This means we might lose events if there were some
pending when we get to suspend the IRQ, but that's fine.
The synchronize_irq() we have in the _irq_suspend() path was not
there to make sure all IRQs are processed, just to make sure we don't
have registers accesses coming from the irq handlers after
_irq_suspend() has been called. If there's a need to have all pending
IRQs processed, it should happen before _irq_suspend() is called.

When mapping an IO region, the pseudo-file offset is dependent on the
userspace architecture. panthor_device_mmio_offset() abstracts that
away for us by turning a userspace MMIO offset into its kernel
equivalent, but we were not updating vm_area_struct::vm_pgoff
accordingly, leading us to attach the MMIO region to the wrong file
offset.
This has implications when we start mixing 64 bit and 32 bit apps, but
that's only really a problem when we start having more that 2^43 bytes of
memory allocated, which is very unlikely to happen.
What's more problematic is the fact this turns our
unmap_mapping_range(DRM_PANTHOR_USER_MMIO_OFFSET) calls, which are
supposed to kill the MMIO mapping when entering suspend, into NOPs.
Which means we either keep the dummy flush_id mapping active at all
times, or we risk a BUS_FAULT if the MMIO region was mapped, and the
GPU is suspended after that.
Solve that by patching vm_pgoff early in panthor_mmap(). With
this in place, we no longer need the panthor_device_mmio_offset()
helper.

virt_to_pfn() isn't available on x86 (except to xen) so breaks
COMPILE_TEST builds. Avoid its use completely by instead storing the
struct page pointer allocated in panthor_device_init() and using
page_to_pfn() instead.

The panthor driver is designed in a modular way, where each logical
block is dealing with a specific HW-block or software feature. In order
for those blocks to communicate with each other, we need a central
panthor_device collecting all the blocks, and exposing some common
features, like interrupt handling, power management, reset, ...
This what this panthor_device logical block is about.
