It has no effect anymore.

It turns out that I had misconfigured the device I was using the panel
with; the bus data polarity is not high for this panel, I had to change
the config on the display controller's side.
Fix the panel config to properly reflect its accurate settings.

The driver can be built as a module, however the lack of the
MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE macro prevents it from being automatically probed
from the DT in such case.
Add the missed macro to make sure the module can load automatically.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

Initial driver for S6D7AA0-controlled panels. Currently, the following
panels are supported:
- S6D7AA0-LSL080AL02 (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0)
- S6D7AA0-LSL080AL03 (Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2015)
- S6D7AA0-LTL101AT01 (Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 2015)
It should be possible to extend this driver to work with other panels
using this IC.
