2021-11-12drm/nouveau/pmu/gm200-: avoid touching PMU outside of DEVINIT/PREOS/ACRBen Skeggs
There have been reports of the WFI timing out on some boards, and a patch was proposed to just remove it. This stuff is rather fragile, and I believe the WFI might be needed with our FW prior to GM200. However, we probably should not be touching PMU during init on GPUs where we depend on NVIDIA FW, outside of limited circumstances, so this should be a somewhat safer change that achieves the desired result. There's already a condition in place which attempts to detect this, but since we've begun to require a PMU subdev even on boards where we don't load a custom FW, it's become inaccurate. The namespace of NVKM is being changed to nvkm_ instead of nouveau_, which will be used for the DRM part of the driver. This is being done in order to make it very clear as to what part of the driver a given symbol belongs to, and as a minor step towards splitting the DRM driver out to be able to stand on its own (for virt). Because there's already a large amount of churn here anyway, this is as good a time as any to also switch to NVIDIA's device and chipset naming to ease collaboration with them.
