[WHY]
Move all resource files to unique folder resource.
[HOW]
Created resource folder in dc, moved the
dcnxx_resource.c and dcnxx_resource.h files into
corresponding new folders inside the resource and
made appropriate changes for compilation in Makefiles.

version 3.5
When DML2 was introduced, it targeted only new DCN versions. For
controlling which ASIC should use this new version of DML, it was
introduced the using_dml2 attribute. To avoid ambiguities, this commit
explicitly sets using_dml2 to false in all ASICs that do not support
DML2.

[why]
There is a lack of encapsulation of pipe connection representation in pipe context.
This has caused many challenging bugs and coding errors with repeated
logic to identify the same pipe type.

find a pipe based on specific requirements. Update existing logic in non dcn

acquire_free_pipe_as_sec_dpp_pipe
[why]
Secondary DPP pipes are used for rendering secondary layers of planes.
The name "for layer" doesn't make it obvious. The function is acquiring
a free pipe as secondary dpp pipe only. We rename it so it is more obvious.
In a future follow up change, we want to add functions to acquire free pipe as
opp head pipe or otg master pipe as well. They will have their separate
allocation priority.

[why]
Preivous algorithm for finding an optimal idle pipe for a new plane was
implemented to handle dynamic pipe allocation when MPO plane moves
from one ODM slice to the other. Now pipe allocation is more static so
it no longer depends on the MPO plane's position. We are simplifying
our logic and remove unnecessary handling in our code.
[how]
Apply a new simplified version of pipe resource allocation logic to reduce
unnecessary flip delay caused by swapping secondary dpp pipe to other
MPC blending tree.

Since DC version 3.2.226, DC started to use a new internal commit
sequence that better deals with multiple hardware constraints. One of
the improvements is a more reliable sequence for pipe split. Due to the
transition made in version 3.2.226, it should be more reliable to use
the pipe policy as MPC_SPLIT_DYNAMIC, and this commit makes this change.

The fields blends_with_above and blends_with_below of struct
dc_plane_cap (defined in dc/dc.h) are boolean and set to true by
default. All instances of a dc_plane_cap maintain the default values of
both. Also, there is only one if statement that checks those fields and
there would be the same effect if it was deleted (assuming that those
fields are always going to be true).
For this reason, considering both fields as legacy ones, this commit
removes them and the aforementioned if statement.

In the process of enabling DCN support for arm64, I found that the
dcn10_resource_construct_fp function in dcn10/dcn10_resource.c still
needs to use FPU. This will cause compilation to fail on ARM64 platforms
because -mgeneral-regs-only is enabled by default to disable the
hardware FPU. So move dcn10_resource_construct_fp from dcn10 folder to
dml/dcn10 folder to enable hardware FPU for that function.

From Ard:
"Simply disabling -mgeneral-regs-only left and right is risky, given that
the standard AArch64 ABI permits the use of FP/SIMD registers anywhere,
and GCC is known to use SIMD registers for spilling, and may invent
other uses of the FP/SIMD register file that have nothing to do with the
floating point code in question. Note that putting kernel_neon_begin()
and kernel_neon_end() around the code that does use FP is not sufficient
here, the problem is in all the other code that may be emitted with
references to SIMD registers in it.
So the only way to do this properly is to put all floating point code in
a separate compilation unit, and only compile that unit with
-mgeneral-regs-only."
Disable support until the code can be properly refactored to support this
properly on aarch64.

[Why]
These aren't stable on some platform configurations when driving
multiple displays, especially on higher resolution.
In particular the delay in asserting p-state and validating from
x86 outweights any power or performance benefit from the hardware
composition.
Under some configurations this will manifest itself as extreme stutter
or unresponsiveness especially when combined with cursor movement.
[How]
Disable these for now. Exposing overlays to userspace doesn't guarantee
that they'll be able to use them in any and all configurations and it's
part of the DRM contract to have userspace gracefully handle validation
failures when they occur.
Valdiation occurs as part of DC and this in particular affects RV, so
disable this in dcn10_global_validation.

This adds ARM64 support into the DCN. This mainly enables support
for Navi graphics cards. The dcn10 changes haven't been tested,
since I don't have the relevant hardware available, but there
is no way to conditionally disable them, so I've done them anyway.

[Why]
What a mode change is requested for the same timing a full stream reset
can occur in some cases which causes monitor to blank for a few seconds.
[How]
Do not consider infoframe updates as needing a full stream reset as they
will be handled on the first flip after a modeset when surface
information is available.

[Why]
Current locking scheme for cursor can result in a flip missing
its vsync, deferring it for one or more vsyncs. Result is a
potential for stuttering when cursor is moved.
[How]
Use cursor update lock so that flips are not blocked while cursor
is being programmed.

[Why&How]
modules/color calculates various colour operations which are translated
to abstracted HW. DCE 5-12 had almost no important changes, but
starting with DCN1, every new generation comes with fairly major
differences in color pipeline.
We would hack it with some DCN checks, but a better approach is to
abstract color pipe capabilities so modules/DM can decide mapping to
HW block based on logical capabilities,

[why]
When we have single channel memory, we can not light up 2 4k displays
with a 1080p edp, because we don't have enough bw by a small margin.
this small margin comes from dcc meta being too large. We however don't
have this dcc meta when we create fake planes so, before the flip we
will not filter out the mode for 2 4k displays with a 1080p edp
[how]
Change get_default_swizzle_mode to something more general so we don't
end up with a separate function for every missing field in the fake
plane. Add a reasonable dcc meta to the fake plane when it is filled in,
so we filter out modes that don't have enough bandwidth. To do this, we
take the screen width and align it to 1024(8k 60)

[Why]
It is becoming increasingly hard to figure out which
function is called on the different DCN versions
[How]
1. Make function pointer table init in its own init.c file
2. Remove other scenarios in hwseq.c file that need to
include headers of other DCN versions. (If needed,
it should have been done via the function pointers)

[Why]
The enum value for TRANSMITTER_UNIPHY_G is 9. In resource dc_xx_resource
file structure link_enc_regs[], the TRANSMITTER_UNIPHY_G registers are
initialized at index 6. Due to this mismatch, if monitor is attached to
port using TRANSMITTER_UNIPHY_G then the monitor blanks out.
[How]
add function map_transmitter_id_to_phy_instance() and use the function
to map enum transmitter to link regs.
