Number of RVU PFs on CN20K silicon have increased to 96 from maximum
of 32 that were supported on earlier silicons. Every RVU PF and VF is
identified by HW using a 16bit PF_FUNC value. Due to the change in
Max number of PFs in CN20K, the bit encoding of this PF_FUNC has changed.
This patch handles the change by using helper functions(using silicon
check) to use PF,VF masks and shifts to support both new silicon CN20K,
OcteonTx series. These helper functions are used in different modules.
Also moved the NIX AF register offset macros to other files which
will be posted in coming patches.

octeontx2 crypto driver allocates memory using kmalloc/kzalloc,
and uses this memory for dma (does dma_map_single()). It assumes
that kmalloc/kzalloc will return 128-byte aligned address. But
kmalloc/kzalloc returns 8-byte aligned address after below changes:
"9382bc44b5f5 arm64: allow kmalloc() caches aligned to the
smaller cache_line_size()"
Completion address should be 32-Byte alignment when loading
microcode.

Function otx2_cptlf_set_dev_info() initializes common
fields of cptlfs data-struct. This function is called
every time a cptlf is initialized but this needs be done
once for a cptlf block. So this initialization is moved
to early device probe code to avoid redundant initialization.

Replace ternary (condition ? "enable" : "disable") syntax with helpers
from string_choices.h because:
1. Simple function call with one argument is easier to read. Ternary
operator has three arguments and with wrapping might lead to quite
long code.
2. Is slightly shorter thus also easier to read.
3. It brings uniformity in the text - same string.
4. Allows deduping by the linker, which results in a smaller binary
file.

On OcteonTX2/OctoenTX3 variants of silicon, Admin function (AF)
handles resource allocation and configuration for PFs and their VFs.
PFs request the AF directly, via mailboxes.
Unlike PFs, VFs cannot send a mailbox request directly. A VF sends
mailbox messages to its parent PF, with which it shares a
mailbox region. The PF then forwards these messages to the AF.
This patch adds code to configure inline-IPsec HW resources for
CPT VFs as CPT VFs cannot send a mailbox request directly to AF.

When software sets CPT_AF_CTL[RNM_REQ_EN]=1 and RNM in not producing
entropy(i.e., RNM_ENTROPY_STATUS[NORMAL_CNT] < 0x40), the first cycle of
the response may be lost due to a conditional clocking issue. Due to
this, the subsequent random number stream will be corrupted. So, this
patch adds support to ensure RNM_ENTROPY_STATUS[NORMAL_CNT] = 0x40
before writing CPT_AF_CTL[RNM_REQ_EN] = 1, as a workaround.

This is justified because the mask size (eng_grps->engs_num) can be at
most 144 (OTX2_CPT_MAX_ENGINES bits), which is larger than available
storage. 4 * 32 == 128, so this must be 5: 5 * 32bit = 160.
Additionally clear the mask before conversion so trailing bits are zero.

symmetric engines(IEs), and asymmetric engines (AEs).
