The previous wrapper qcom_cc_really_probe takes the platform
device as parameter, which is limited to platform driver.
As for qca8k clock controller driver, which is registered as
the MDIO device, which also follows the qcom clock framework.
To commonize qcom_cc_really_probe, updating it to take the
struct device as parameter, so that the qcom_cc_really_probe
can be utilized by the previous platform device and the new
added MDIO device.
Also update the current clock controller drivers to take
&pdev->dev as parameter when calling qcom_cc_really_probe.

Add MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(), so modules could be properly autoloaded
based on the alias from of_device_id table. Clocks are considered core
components, so usually they are built-in, however these can be built and
used as modules on some generic kernel.

This is the parent clock of gpll0_early, so it needs to be enabled
for gpll0_early to return the correct rate. Enable GPLL0_SLEEP_CLK_SRC
by adding its existing definition to the clock list.
This clock also doesn't work with clk_alpha_pll_ops, use
clk_branch_simple_ops instead to make it enable and disable correctly.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

This driver provides clocks, resets and power domains needed for various
components of the MSM8917 SoC and the very similar QM215 SoC.
According to [1] in the downstream kernel, the GPU clock has a different
source mapping on QM215 (gcc_gfx3d_map vs gcc_gfx3d_map_qm215).
