The platform was merged about 10 years ago, and has seen few updates
for most of the time since. The people that merged the code seem
no longer interested in it either, so let's remove it now.

Now that most platforms don't need disable_fiq and arch_ret_to_user
macros, we can remove the empty macros or empty entry-macro.S files.

Platforms provide an empty irq_prio_table macro, and as nothing uses
this macro, it can simply be removed.
