Capitalize Linux but not "kernel."
Spell out Linux instead of using "lk".
Hyphenate "system-wide."
Hyphenate "32-bit".
End a sentence with a period (full stop).
Change "double linked" to "doubly linked" list.
Use SCSI or scsi but not Scsi.

Update scsi_mid_low_api.rst for changes to struct scsi_host and
struct scsi_cmnd.
struct scsi_host:
- no_async_abort is gone
- drop sh_list w/ no replacement
- change my_devices to __devices
struct scsi_cmnd:
- removed 'done' (now in struct scsi_driver); use scsi_done() or
scsi_done_direct() callbacks
- change previous request_bufflen to scsi_bufflen()
- change previous use_sg field to scsi_dma_map() or scsi_sg_count()
- change previous request_buffer field to reference to 'usg_sg' text
[mkp: removed more obsolete stuff]

scsi_mid_low_api.rst refers to scsi_register() and scsi_unregister() but
these functions don't exist. They have been replaced by more meaningful
names.
Update one driver (megaraid_mbox.c) that uses "scsi_unregister" in a
warning message. Update scsi_mid_low_api.rst to eliminate references to
scsi_register() and scsi_unregister().

Because scsi_finish_command() subtracts the residual from the buffer
length, residual overflows must not be reported. Reflect this in the SCSI
documentation. See also commit 9237f04e12cc ("scsi: core: Fix
scsi_get/set_resid() interface")

The SCSI core code does not currently support reserved commands. As such,
requests which time-out would never be reserved, and scsi_timeout()
'reserved' arg should never be set.
Remove handling for reserved requests, drop the wrapper scsi_timeout()
as it now just calls scsi_times_out() always, and finally rename
scsi_times_out() -> scsi_timeout() to match the blk_mq_ops method name.

Scsi_cmnd typedef but it was still mentioned in a paragraph in the "SCSI
mid_level - lower_level driver interface" documentation page. Remove this
obsolete paragraph.

Pull SCSI updates from James Bottomley:
"This series has a huge amount of churn because it pulls in Mauro's doc
update changing all our txt files to rst ones.
Excluding that, we have the usual driver updates (qla2xxx, ufs, lpfc,
zfcp, ibmvfc, pm80xx, aacraid), a treewide update for scnprintf and
some other minor updates.
The major core change is Hannes moving functions out of the aacraid
driver and into the core"
