irqdomain.c's kernel-doc exists, but is not plugged into Documentation/
yet.
Before plugging it in, fix it first: irq_domain_get_irq_data() and
irq_domain_set_info() were documented twice. Identically, by both
definitions for CONFIG_IRQ_DOMAIN_HIERARCHY and !CONFIG_IRQ_DOMAIN_HIERARCHY.
Therefore, switch the second kernel-doc into an ordinary comment -- change
"/**" to simple "/*". This avoids sphinx's: WARNING: Duplicate C
declaration
Next, in commit b7b377332b96 ("irqdomain: Fix the kernel-doc and plug it
into Documentation"), irqdomain.h's (header) kernel-doc was added into
core-api/genericirq.rst. But given the amount of irqdomain functions and
structures, move all these to core-api/irq/irq-domain.rst now.
Finally, add these newly fixed irqdomain.c's (source) docs there as
well.

Pull interrupt subsystem updates from Thomas Gleixner:
"Core:
- Provide a new mechanism to create interrupt domains. The existing
interfaces have already too many parameters and it's a pain to
expand any of this for new required functionality.
The new function takes a pointer to a data structure as argument.
The data structure combines all existing parameters and allows for
easy extension.
The first extension for this is to handle the instantiation of
generic interrupt chips at the core level and to allow drivers to
provide extra init/exit callbacks.
This is necessary to do the full interrupt chip initialization
before the new domain is published, so that concurrent usage sites
won't see a half initialized interrupt domain. Similar problems
exist on teardown.
This has turned out to be a real problem due to the deferred and
parallel probing which was added in recent years.
Handling this at the core level allows to remove quite some accrued
boilerplate code in existing drivers and avoids horrible
workarounds at the driver level.
- The usual small improvements all over the place
Drivers:
- Add support for LAN966x OIC and RZ/Five SoC
- Split the STM ExtI driver into a microcontroller and a SMP version
to allow building the latter as a module for multi-platform
kernels
- Enable MSI support for Armada 370XP on platforms which do not
support IPIs
- The usual small fixes and enhancements all over the place"

There were several undocumented fields in structs irq_domain_ops and
irq_domain_info. Document them.
irq_domain_ops::revmap_size contained "[]" in the description, which is not
allowed in sphinx. Remove that.
Finally, plug the whole header (irqdomain.h) into genericirq.rst, so that
the docs is autogenerated and hyperlinks to these structure are created.

In the paragraph titled "Default flow implementations", the helper
function definition (simplified excerpt) for
noop(struct irq_data *data)
had an extraneous closing parenthesis. This commit removes the
unnecessary parenthesis, correcting the function definition.

Currently, kernel/irq/chip.c is included twice, one for
export functions, and then for internal ones. However, as
the :export: and :internal: tags are missing, they ended
being included twice.

While checking the results of the :c:func: removal, I noticed that there
was no documentation for request_irq(), and request_threaded_irq() was not
mentioned at all. Add a kerneldoc comment for request_irq() and add
request_threaded_irq() to the list of functions.

As of 5.3, the automarkup extension will do the right thing with function()
notation, so we don't need to clutter the text with :c:func: invocations.
So remove them.

In code blocks, :c:func:`...` annotations don't result in
cross-references. Instead, they are rendered verbatim. Remove these
broken annotations, and mark function calls with parentheses() again.
