sched_core_share_pid() copies the cookie to userspace with
put_user(id, (u64 __user *)uaddr), expecting 64 bits of space.
The "unsigned long" datatype that is documented in core-scheduling.rst
however is only 32 bits large on 32 bit architectures.
Document "unsigned long long" as the correct data type that is always
64bits large.
This matches what the selftest cs_prctl_test.c has been doing all along.

Commit 7ac592aa35a684ff ("sched: prctl() core-scheduling interface")
made use of enum pid_type in prctl's arg4; this type and the associated
enumeration definitions are not exposed to userspace. Christian
has suggested to provide additional macro definitions that convey
the meaning of the type argument more in alignment with its actual
usage, and this patch does exactly that.

Rephrase the "For MDS" section in core-scheduling.rst for the purpose of
making it clearer what is meant by "kernel memory is still considered
untrusted".
