Merge tag 'mm-hotfixes-stable-2024-11-09-22-40' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm
Pull misc fixes from Andrew Morton:
"20 hotfixes, 14 of which are cc:stable.
Three affect DAMON. Lorenzo's five-patch series to address the
mmap_region error handling is here also.
