misc: ocxl: Replace scnprintf() with sysfs_emit() in sysfs show functions
Replace scnprintf() with sysfs_emit() in sysfs show functions. These helpers are preferred in sysfs callbacks because they automatically handle buffer size and improve safety and readability.
