Add code to help debug incorrect memory accesses.

* viengoos.c (bootstrap): Add code to configure the memory to
better detect buffer overflows and other incorrect memory
accesses.
(bootstrap): Don't fault in the binary here...
(memory_configure): ... but here. Set the main thread's pager to
l4_nilthread.
