libpthread/sysdeps/${arch}/bits/spin-lock-inline.h. to
sysroot/include/bits/spin-lock-inline.h.
* include/pthread/pthread.h: Include <sys/cdefs.h>.
(__extern_inline): If not defined, define appropriately.
