Delete sysdeps/sh/elf
* sysdeps/sh/elf/configure.in: Moved to ... * sysdeps/sh/configure.in: ... here. * sysdeps/sh/elf/start.S: Moved to ... * sysdeps/sh/start.S: ... here. * sysdeps/sh/elf/configure: Delete file.
