Some older NVIDIA and some newer NVIDIA hardware/firmware seems to
have issues with address only transactions (firmware rejects them).
Add an option to the core drm dp to avoid address only transactions,
This just puts the MOT flag removal on the last message of the transfer
and avoids the start of transfer transaction.
This with the flag set in nouveau, allows eDP probing on GB203 device.

Add the initial nova-drm driver skeleton.
nova-drm is connected to nova-core through the auxiliary bus and
implements the DRM parts of the nova driver stack.
For now, it implements the fundamental DRM abstractions, i.e. creates a
DRM device and registers it, exposing a three sample IOCTLs.
DRM_IOCTL_NOVA_GETPARAM
- provides the PCI bar size from the bar that maps the GPUs VRAM
from nova-core
DRM_IOCTL_NOVA_GEM_CREATE
- creates a new dummy DRM GEM object and returns a handle
DRM_IOCTL_NOVA_GEM_INFO
- provides metadata for the DRM GEM object behind a given handle
I implemented a small userspace test suite [1] that utilizes this
interface.

There exists a property IN_FORMATS which exposes the plane supported
modifiers/formats to the user. In some platforms when asynchronous flip
are used all of modifiers/formats mentioned in IN_FORMATS are not
supported. This patch adds a new plane property IN_FORMATS_ASYNC to
expose the async flip supported modifiers/formats so that user can use
this information ahead and do flip with unsupported
formats/modifiers. This will save flip failures.
Add a new function pointer similar to format_mod_supported specifically
for asynchronous flip.

Export a new helper function `dma_fence_dedup_array()` that sorts
an array of dma_fence pointers by context, then deduplicates the array
by retaining only the most recent fence per context.
This utility is useful when merging or optimizing sets of fences where
redundant entries from the same context can be pruned. The operation is
performed in-place and releases references to dropped fences using
dma_fence_put().

ASoC: Fixes for v6.15
A moderately large batch of fixes for v6.15, many driver specific
including cleanups for the enabling of the Cirrus KUnit tests and a fix
for a nasty crash on resume on AMD systems. We also have one core fix,
for an ordering issue between DAPM and DPCM which could leave things
incorrectly unpowered.

Both CS35L56 and CS42L43 have maximum volumes above 0dB.
However, for many use cases, this can cause distorted audio, depending
various factors, such as other signal-processing elements in the chain,
for example if the audio passes through a gain control before reaching
the amp or the signal path has been tuned for a particular maximum
gain in the amp.
In the cases where systems use the soc_sdw_* drivers, audio above the
0dB volume will likely always be distorted, therefore apply a 0dB
limit to those devices.

The volume control for cs35l56 speakers has a maximum gain of +12 dB.
However, for many use cases, this can cause distorted audio, depending
various factors, such as other signal-processing elements in the chain,
for example if the audio passes through a gain control before reaching
the amp or the signal path has been tuned for a particular maximum
gain in the amp.
In the case of systems which use the soc_sdw_* driver, audio will
likely be distorted in all cases above 0 dB, therefore add a volume
limit of 400, which is 0 dB maximum volume inside this driver.
The volume limit should be applied to both soundwire and soundwire
bridge configurations.

The conversion function from MIDI 1.0 to UMP packet contains an
internal buffer to keep the incoming MIDI bytes, and its size is 4, as
it was supposed to be the max size for a MIDI1 UMP packet data.
However, the implementation overlooked that SysEx is handled in a
different format, and it can be up to 6 bytes, as found in
do_convert_to_ump(). It leads eventually to a buffer overflow, and
may corrupt the memory when a longer SysEx message is received.
The fix is simply to extend the buffer size to 6 to fit with the SysEx
UMP message.

The phy-upstream enum is already defined in the ethtool.h UAPI header
and used by the ethtool userspace tool. However, the ethtool spec does
not reference it, causing YNL to auto-generate a duplicate and redundant
enum.
Fix this by updating the spec to reference the existing UAPI enum
in ethtool.h.

Commit 7491cdf46b5c ("cpufreq: Avoid using inconsistent policy->min and
policy->max") overlooked the fact that policy->min and policy->max were
accessed directly in cpufreq_frequency_table_target() and in the
functions called by it. Consequently, the changes made by that commit
led to problems with setting policy limits.
Address this by passing the target frequency limits to __resolve_freq()
and cpufreq_frequency_table_target() and propagating them to the
functions called by the latter.

Pull vfs fixes from Christian Brauner:
- For some reason we went from zero to three maintainers for HFS/HFS+
in a matter of days. The lesson to learn from this might just be that
we need to threaten code removal more often!?
- Fix a regression introduced by enabling large folios for lage logical
block sizes. This has caused issues for noref migration with large
folios due to sleeping while in an atomic context.
New sleeping variants of pagecache lookup helpers are introduced.
These helpers take the folio lock instead of the mapping's private
spinlock. The problematic users are converted to the sleeping
variants and serialize against noref migration. Atomic users will
bail on seeing the new BH_Migrate flag.
This also shrinks the critical region of the mapping's private lock
and the new blocking callers reduce contention on the spinlock for
bdev mappings.
- Fix two bugs in do_move_mount() when with MOVE_MOUNT_BENEATH. The
first bug is using a mountpoint that is located on a mount we're not
holding a reference to. The second bug is putting the mountpoint
after we've called namespace_unlock() as it's no longer guaranteed
that it does stay a mountpoint.
- Remove a pointless call to vfs_getattr_nosec() in the devtmpfs code
just to query i_mode instead of simply querying the inode directly.
This also avoids lifetime issues for the dm code by an earlier bugfix
this cycle that moved bdev_statx() handling into vfs_getattr_nosec().
- Fix AT_FDCWD handling with getname_maybe_null() in the xattr code.
- Fix a performance regression for files when multiple callers issue a
close when it's not the last reference.
- Remove a duplicate noinline annotation from pipe_clear_nowait().

makes use of __hci_cmd_sync_status_sk to wait for
HCI_EVT_LE_BIG_SYNC_ESTABLISHED, also because of this chance it is not
longer necessary to use a custom method to serialize the process of
creating the BIG sync since the cmd_work_sync itself ensures only one
command would be pending which now awaits for
HCI_EVT_LE_BIG_SYNC_ESTABLISHED before proceeding to next connection.

Bring back previous offset calculation behaviour
in AF_XDP unaligned umem mode.
In unaligned mode, upper 16 bits should contain
data offset, lower 48 bits should contain
only specific chunk location without offset.
Remove pool->headroom duplication into 48bit address.

Move rx_lock from xsk_socket to xsk_buff_pool.
Fix synchronization for shared umem mode in
generic RX path where multiple sockets share
single xsk_buff_pool.
RX queue is exclusive to xsk_socket, while FILL
queue can be shared between multiple sockets.
This could result in race condition where two
CPU cores access RX path of two different sockets
sharing the same umem.
Protect both queues by acquiring spinlock in shared
xsk_buff_pool.
Lock contention may be minimized in the future by some
per-thread FQ buffering.
It's safe and necessary to move spin_lock_bh(rx_lock)
after xsk_rcv_check():
* xs->pool and spinlock_init is synchronized by
xsk_bind() -> xsk_is_bound() memory barriers.
* xsk_rcv_check() may return true at the moment
of xsk_release() or xsk_unbind_dev(),
however this will not cause any data races or
race conditions. xsk_unbind_dev() removes xdp
socket from all maps and waits for completion
of all outstanding rx operations. Packets in
RX path will either complete safely or drop.

In the Rust DRM device abstraction we need to allocate a struct
drm_device.
Currently, there are two options, the deprecated drm_dev_alloc() (which
does not support subclassing) and devm_drm_dev_alloc(). The latter
supports subclassing, but also manages the initial reference through
devres for the parent device.
In Rust we want to conform with the subclassing pattern, but do not want
to get the initial reference managed for us, since Rust has its own,
idiomatic ways to properly deal with it.
There are two options to achieve this.
1) Allocate the memory ourselves with a KBox.
2) Implement __drm_dev_alloc(), which supports subclassing, but is
unmanged.
While (1) would be possible, it would be cumbersome, since it would
require exporting drm_dev_init() and drmm_add_final_kfree().
Hence, go with option (2) and implement __drm_dev_alloc().

This flag used to be used in the old memory tracking code, that
code got migrated into the vmwgfx driver[1], and then got removed
from the tree[2], but this piece got left behind.

Hoist the block size validation code to bdev_validate_blocksize so that
