2017-06-19	xfs: remove double-underscore integer types	Darrick J. Wong
	This is a purely mechanical patch that removes the private __{u,}int{8,16,32,64}_t typedefs in favor of using the system {u,}int{8,16,32,64}_t typedefs. 2016-02-08	xfs: move struct xfs_attr_shortform to xfs_da_format.h	Darrick J. Wong
	Move the shortform attr structure definition to the same place as the other attribute structure definitions for consistency and also so that xfs/122 verifies the structure size. 2014-06-25	libxfs: move header files	Dave Chinner
