This generic callback is for drivers which have software Tx timestamp
support enabled. Without this, PTP applications requesting software
timestamps may complain that the requested mode is not supported.

Don't report FM10K_ERR_REQUESTS_PENDING when we fail to disable queues
within the timeout. This can occur due to a hardware Tx hang, or when
the switch ethernet fabric is resetting while we are transmitting
traffic. It can sometimes take up to 500ms before the Tx DMA engine
gives up. Instead, just skip the DMA engine check and perform
a data-path reset anyways. Add a statistic counter to keep track of the
number of resets occurring while we have pending DMA on the rings.
In order to prevent having to re-assign err to 0, re-order the
last few items of the reset_hw_pf function so that we don't perform
"return err" at the end.

The index calculated when looping through the indir array passed to
fm10k_write_reta was incorrectly calculated as the first part i needs to
be multiplied by 4.

When writing a new default redirection table, we needed to populate
a new RSS table using ethtool_rxfh_indir_default. We populated this
table into a region of memory allocated using kcalloc, but never checked
this for NULL. Fix this by moving the default table generation into
fm10k_write_reta. If this function is passed a table, use it. Otherwise,
generate the default table using ethtool_rxfh_indir_default, 4 at at
time.

The 1588 support within fm10k does not work correctly with the current
version of the switch management software, and likely never worked
correctly to begin with. Remove support for PTP/1588. Update copyright
year for all these files while we're touching them.

This change fixes an (ab)use of the ethtool stats API, which could
result in corrupt memory or misleading stat output. The ethtool stats
API is not robust enough to handle varying number of statistics due to
how it requests the size and allocates memory. Remove the poorly conceived
support originally added for extra debug statistics. In the future,
a new stats API may open up the ability to display these statistics.

Reduce duplicate code and the amount of indentation by adding
fm10k_add_stat_strings and fm10k_add_ethtool_stats functions which help
add fm10k_stat structures to the ethtool stats callbacks. This helps
increase ease of use for future stat additions, and increases code
readability.

The fm10k driver used its own code for generating a default indirection
table on device load, which was not the same as the default generated by
ethtool when indir_size of 0 is passed to SRXFH. Take advantage of
ethtool_rxfh_indir_default() and simplify code to write the redirection
table to reduce some code duplication.

Define a macro for identifying when the itr value is dynamic or
adaptive. The concept was taken from i40e. This helps make clear what
the check is, and reduces the line length to something more reasonable
in a few places.

Originally this statistic was renamed because the method of dropping was
called "drop_oversized_messages", but this logic has changed much, and
this counter does actually represent messages which we failed to
transmit for a number of reasons. Rename the counter back to tx_dropped
since this is when it will increment, and it is less confusing.

A previous bug was uncovered by addition of a debug stat to indicate the
actual number of DWORDS we pulled from the mbmem. It turned out this was
not the same as the tx_dwords counter. While the previous bug fix should
have corrected this in all cases, add some debug stats that count the
number of DWORDs pushed or pulled from the mbmem. A future debugger may
take advantage of this statistic for debugging purposes. Since we're
modifying fm10k_mbx.h, update the copyright year as well.

Many drivers initialize uselessly n_priv_flags, n_stats, testinfo_len,
eedump_len & regdump_len fields in their .get_drvinfo() ethtool op.
It's not necessary as these fields is filled in ethtool_get_drvinfo().

Add a private ethtool flag to enable display of these statistics, which
are generally less useful. However, sometimes it can be useful for
debugging purposes. The most useful portion is the ability to see what
the PF thinks the VF mailboxes look like.

The use of dropped doesn't really mean dropped mailbox messages, but
rather specifically messages which were too large to fit in the remote
Rx FIFO. Rename the stat to more clearly indicate what it means.

This patch resolves an issue with ethtool stats displaying useless
values on the VF, because some stats simply have no meaning to the VF.
Resolve this by splitting these out into PF_STATS and only showing them
if we aren't the VF.

Even though it shouldn't strictly matter, don't count queue stats higher
than the max_queues value stored for this mac. This ensures that we
don't attempt to check queues which don't belong to use in VFs. This
shouldn't be a visible change, as the VFs should see zero for queues
which don't belong to them.

Currently, we show statistics for all 128 queues, even though we don't
necessarily have that many queues available especially in the VF case.
Instead, use the hw->mac.max_queues value, which tells us how many
queues we actually have, rather than the space for the rings we
allocated. In this way, we prevent dumping statistics that are useless
on the VF.

This patch extends the set/get_rxfh ethtool-options for getting or
setting the RSS hash function.
It modifies drivers implementation of set/get_rxfh accordingly.
This change also delegates the responsibility of checking whether a
modification to a certain RX flow hash parameter is supported to the
driver implementation of set_rxfh.
User-kernel API is done through the new hfunc bitmask field in the
ethtool_rxfh struct. A bit set in the hfunc field is corresponding to an
index in the new string-set ETH_SS_RSS_HASH_FUNCS.
Got approval from most of the relevant driver maintainers that their
driver is using Toeplitz, and for the few that didn't answered, also
assumed it is Toeplitz.

This change adds support for the Linux PTP Hardware clock and timestamping
functionality provided by the hardware. There are actually two cases that
this timestamping is meant to support.
The first case would be an ordinary clock scenario. In this configuration
the host interface does not have access to BAR 4. However all of the host
interfaces should be locked into the same boundary clock region and as such
they are all on the same clock anyway. With this being the case they can
synchronize among themselves and only need to adjust the offset since they
are all on the same clock with the same frequency.
The second case is a boundary clock scenario. This is a special case and
would require both BAR 4 access, and a means of presenting a netdev per
boundary region. The current plan is to use DSA at some point in the
future to provide these interfaces, but the DSA portion is still under
development.

This patch takes the driver from supporting a single queue to supporting
multiple queues. The upper queue limit for the PF is 128 queues and the
upper limit for the VF is (128 / num_vfs) rounded down to nearest power of 2.
