2016-10-04	cxl: replace loop with for_each_child_of_node(), remove unneeded of_node_put()	Andrew Donnellan
	Rewrite the cxl_guest_init_afu() loop in cxl_of_probe() to use for_each_child_of_node() rather than a hand-coded for loop. Remove the useless of_node_put(afu_np) call after the loop, where it's guaranteed that afu_np == NULL. 2016-03-09	cxl: Add guest-specific code	Christophe Lombard
	The new of.c file contains code to parse the device tree to find out about cxl adapters and AFUs. guest.c implements the guest-specific callbacks for the backend API. The process element ID is not known until the context is attached, so we have to separate the context ID assigned by the cxl driver from the process element ID visible to the user applications. In bare-metal, the 2 IDs match.
