The gma500 driver uses empty implementations for some of its encoders.
Replace the code with the generic simple encoder. As a side effect, the
patch also removes an indirection in the encoder setup for Medfield.

The dead code removal left two unused variables:
drivers/gpu/drm/gma500/mdfld_tpo_vid.c: In function 'tpo_vid_get_config_mode':
drivers/gpu/drm/gma500/mdfld_tpo_vid.c:34:31: error: unused variable 'ti' [-Werror=unused-variable]
This removes them as well.

Local variable use_gct is assigned to a constant value and it is never
updated again. Remove this variable and the dead code it guards.

We need to merge this ahead of some of the cleanup because a lot of needed
cleanup spans both new and old chips. If we try and clean up and the merge
we end up fighting ourselves.
