Currently, when the HW has a single interrupt, the driver uses the
GIC, TIC, RIC0 registers to enable and disable interrupts.
When the HW has multiple interrupts, it uses the GIE, GID, TIE, TID,
RIE0, RID0 registers.
However, other devices, e.g. RZ/V2M, have multiple irqs and only have
the GIC, TIC, RIC0 registers.
Therefore, split this into a separate feature.

Document the Ethernet AVB IP found on RZ/V2M SoC.
It includes the Ethernet controller (E-MAC) and Dedicated Direct memory
access controller (DMAC) for transferring transmitted Ethernet frames
to and received Ethernet frames from respective storage areas in the
RAM at high speed.
The AVB-DMAC is compliant with IEEE 802.1BA, IEEE 802.1AS timing and
synchronization protocol, IEEE 802.1Qav real-time transfer, and the
IEEE 802.1Qat stream reservation protocol.
R-Car has a pair of combined interrupt lines:
ch22 = Line0_DiA | Line1_A | Line2_A
ch23 = Line0_DiB | Line1_B | Line2_B
Line0 for descriptor interrupts (which we call dia and dib).
Line1 for error related interrupts (which we call err_a and err_b).
Line2 for management and gPTP related interrupts (mgmt_a and mgmt_b).
RZ/V2M hardware has separate interrupt lines for each of these.
It has 3 clocks; the main AXI clock, the AMBA CHI (Coherent Hub
Interface) clock and a gPTP reference clock.

This patch adds support for the new struct ieee80211_rate_status and its
annotation in struct ieee80211_tx_status in minstrel_ht.
In minstrel_ht_tx_status, a check for the presence of instances of the
new struct in ieee80211_tx_status is added. Based on this, minstrel_ht
then gets and updates internal rate stats with either struct
ieee80211_rate_status or ieee80211_tx_info->status.rates.
Adjusted variants of minstrel_ht_txstat_valid, minstrel_ht_get_stats,
minstrel_{ht/vht}_get_group_idx are added which use struct
ieee80211_rate_status and struct rate_info instead of the legacy structs.
struct rate_info from cfg80211.h does not provide whether short preamble
was used for the transmission. So we retrieve this information from VIF
and STA configuration and cache it in a new flag in struct minstrel_ht_sta
per rate control instance.
Compile-Tested: current wireless-next tree with all flags on
Tested-on: Xiaomi 4A Gigabit (MediaTek MT7603E, MT7612E) with OpenWrt
Linux 5.10.113

This patch adds the new struct ieee80211_rate_status and replaces
'struct rate_info *rate' in ieee80211_tx_status with pointer and length
annotation.
The struct ieee80211_rate_status allows to:
(1) receive tx power status feedback for transmit power control (TPC)
per packet or packet retry
(2) dynamic mapping of wifi chip specific multi-rate retry (mrr)
chains with different lengths
(3) increase the limit of annotatable rate indices to support
IEEE802.11ac rate sets and beyond
ieee80211_tx_info, control and status buffer, and ieee80211_tx_rate
cannot be used to achieve these goals due to fixed size limitations.
Our new struct contains a struct rate_info to annotate the rate that was
used, retry count of the rate and tx power. It is intended for all
information related to RC and TPC that needs to be passed from driver to
mac80211 and its RC/TPC algorithms like Minstrel_HT. It corresponds to
one stage in an mrr. Multiple subsequent instances of this struct can be
included in struct ieee80211_tx_status via a pointer and a length variable.
Those instances can be allocated on-stack. The former reference to a single
instance of struct rate_info is replaced with our new annotation.
An extension is introduced to struct ieee80211_hw. There are two new
members called 'tx_power_levels' and 'max_txpwr_levels_idx' acting as a
tx power level table. When a wifi device is registered, the driver shall
supply all supported power levels in this list. This allows to support
several quirks like differing power steps in power level ranges or
alike. TPC can use this for algorithm and thus be designed more abstract
instead of handling all possible step widths individually.
Further mandatory changes in status.c, mt76 and ath11k drivers due to the
removal of 'struct rate_info *rate' are also included.
status.c already uses the information in ieee80211_tx_status->rate in
radiotap, this is now changed to use ieee80211_rate_status->rate_idx.
mt76 driver already uses struct rate_info to pass the tx rate to status
path. The new members of the ieee80211_tx_status are set to NULL and 0
because the previously passed rate is not relevant to rate control and
accurate information is passed via tx_info->status.rates.
For ath11k, the txrate can be passed via this struct because ath11k uses
firmware RC and thus the information does not interfere with software RC.
Compile-Tested: current wireless-next tree with all flags on

AP may run out of BSS color after color collision
detection event from driver.
Disable BSS color collision detection if no free colors are
available based on bss color disabled bit sent as a part of
NL80211_ATTR_HE_BSS_COLOR attribute sent in
NL80211_CMD_SET_BEACON.
It can be reenabled once new color is available.

NL80211_ATTR_HE_BSS_COLOR attribute can be included in both
NL80211_CMD_START_AP and NL80211_CMD_SET_BEACON commands.
Move he_bss_color from cfg80211_ap_settings to cfg80211_beacon_data
and parse NL80211_ATTR_HE_BSS_COLOR as a part of nl80211_parse_beacon()
to have bss color settings parsed for both start ap and set beacon
commands.
Add a new flag he_bss_color_valid to indicate whether
NL80211_ATTR_HE_BSS_COLOR attribute is included.

In IPv4 setting the "disable_policy" flag on a device means no policy
should be enforced for traffic originating from the device. This was
implemented by seting the DST_NOPOLICY flag in the dst based on the
originating device.
However, dsts are cached in nexthops regardless of the originating
devices, in which case, the DST_NOPOLICY flag value may be incorrect.
Consider the following setup:

Where ROUTER has a default route towards eth1.
dst entries for traffic arriving from eth0 would have DST_NOPOLICY
and would be cached and therefore can be reused by traffic originating
from ipsec0, skipping policy check.
Fix by setting a IPSKB_NOPOLICY flag in IPCB and observing it instead
of the DST in IN/FWD IPv4 policy checks.

We currently track whether we're associated and which the
BSS is in the same variable (ifmgd->associated), but for
MLD we'll need to move the BSS pointer to be per link,
while the question whether we're associated or not is for
the whole interface.
Add ifmgd->assoc_bss that stores the pointer and change
ifmgd->associated to be just a bool, so the question of
whether we're associated can continue working after MLD
rework, without requiring changes, while the BSS pointer
will have to be changed/used checked per link.

Ping-Ke's previous patch adjusted the CCMP AAD construction
to properly take the order bit into account, but failed to
update the (identical) GCMP AAD construction as well.

interrupt code.
The consolidation of the interrupt handler invocation code added an
unconditional warning when generic_handle_domain_irq() is invoked from
outside hard interrupt context. That's overbroad as the requirement
for invoking these handlers in hard interrupt context is only required
for certain interrupt types. The subsequently called code already
contains a warning which triggers conditionally for interrupt chips
which indicate this requirement in their properties.

Now when Intel Elkhart Lake uses again common bit timing and there are
no other users for custom bit timing, we can bring back the changes
done by the commit 0ddd83fbebbc ("can: m_can: remove support for
custom bit timing").
This effectively reverts commit ea768b2ffec6 ("Revert "can: m_can:
remove support for custom bit timing"") while taking into account
commit ea22ba40debe ("can: m_can: make custom bittiming fields const")
and commit 7d4a101c0bd3 ("can: dev: add sanity check in
can_set_static_ctrlmode()").

Above commit does everything correctly according to the datasheet.
However datasheet wasn't correct.
I got confirmation from hardware engineers that the actual CAN
hardware on Intel Elkhart Lake is based on M_CAN version v3.2.0.
Datasheet was mirroring values from an another specification which was
based on earlier M_CAN version leading to wrong bit timings.
Therefore revert the commit and switch back to common bit timings.

In gem_rx_refill rx_prepared_head is incremented at the beginning of
the while loop preparing the skb and data buffers. If the skb or data
buffer allocation fails, this BD will be unusable BDs until the head
loops back to the same BD (and obviously buffer allocation succeeds).
In the unlikely event that there's a string of allocation failures,
there will be an equal number of unusable BDs and an inconsistent RX
BD chain. Hence increment the head at the end of the while loop to be
clean.

When ADQ queue groups (TCs) are created via tc mqprio command,
RSS contexts and associated RSS indirection tables are configured
automatically per TC based on the queue ranges specified for
each traffic class.
For ex:
tc qdisc add dev enp175s0f0 root mqprio num_tc 3 map 0 1 2 \
queues 2@0 8@2 4@10 hw 1 mode channel
will create 3 queue groups (TC 0-2) with queue ranges 2, 8 and 4

If the PM closes a fully established MPJ subflow or the subflow
creation errors out in it's early stage the subflows counter is
not bumped accordingly.
This change adds the missing accounting, additionally taking care
of updating accordingly the 'accept_subflow' flag.

"Turns out I was right, some fixes hadn't made it to me yet. The vmwgfx
ones also popped up later, but all seem like bad enough things to fix.
The dma-buf, vc4 and nouveau ones are all pretty small.
The fbdev fixes are a bit more complicated: a fix to cleanup fbdev
devices properly, uncovered some use-after-free bugs in existing
drivers. Then the fix for those bugs wasn't correct. This reverts that
fix, and puts the proper fixes in place in the drivers to avoid the
use-after-frees.
This has had a fair number of eyes on it at this stage, and I'm
confident enough that it puts things in the right place, and is less
dangerous than reverting our way out of the initial change at this
stage.

Before commit 322cff70d46c the fifo_time member of requests on a dispatch
list was not used. Commit 322cff70d46c introduces code that reads the
fifo_time member of requests on dispatch lists. Hence this patch that sets
the fifo_time member when adding a request to a dispatch list.

We're having unresolved issues with the glock holder auto-demotion mechanism
introduced in commit dc732906c245. This mechanism was assumed to be essential
for avoiding frequent short reads and writes until commit 296abc0d91d8
("gfs2: No short reads or writes upon glock contention"). Since then,
when the inode glock is lost, it is simply re-acquired and the operation
is resumed. This means that apart from the performance penalty, we
might as well drop the inode glock before faulting in pages, and
re-acquire it afterwards.

In gfs2_file_buffered_write, to increase the likelihood that all the
user memory we're trying to write will be resident in memory, carry out
the write in chunks and fault in each chunk of user memory before trying
to write it. Otherwise, some workloads will trigger frequent short
"internal" writes, causing filesystem blocks to be allocated and then
partially deallocated again when writing into holes, which is wasteful
and breaks reservations.
Neither the chunked writes nor any of the short "internal" writes are
user visible.

Align the chunks that reads and writes are carried out in to the page
cache rather than the user buffers. This will be more efficient in
general, especially for allocating writes. Optimizing the case that the
user buffer is gfs2 backed isn't very useful; we only need to make sure
we won't deadlock.

Pull the return value test of the previous read or write operation out
of should_fault_in_pages(). In a following patch, we'll fault in pages
before the I/O and there will be no return value to check.
