It is more concise than to pass it to device init. Once we will add the
accel class, then we won't need to change the function signatures.

Move the cdev creation code from the main hdev init function to
a separate function. This will make the code more readable once we
add the accel registration code (instead/in addition to legacy
cdev).

RAZWI handling routine is called from most EQ events,

This fix is added to verify the handler is called only if
a real RAZWI indication in HW has been detected.

Currently we support scenarios where a timestamp registration request
of a certain offset is received during the interrupt handling of the
same offset. In this case we give a grace period of up to 100us for
the interrupt handler to finish.
It seems that sometimes the interrupt handling takes more than expected,
and therefore this path should be optimized. Until that happens, let's
increase the grace period in order not to reach timeout which will
cause user call to be rejected.

[WHY]
Hot plugging and then hot unplugging leads to k1 and k2 values to
change, as signal is detected as a virtual signal on hot unplug. Writing
these values to OTG_PIXEL_RATE_DIV register might cause primary display
to blank (known hw bug).
[HOW]
No longer write k1 and k2 values to register if signal is virtual, we
have safe guards in place in the case that k1 and k2 is unassigned so
that an unknown value is not written to the register either.

[Why & How]
All dc subcomponents should call another dc component via function pointers
stored in a component structure. This is part of dc coding convention since
the beginning. The reason behind this is to improve encapsulation and
polymorphism. The function contract is extracted into a single link service
structure defined in link.h header file and implemented only in link_factory.c instead
of spreading across multiple files in link component file structure.

This driver has no way to handle damage, the reason the
drm_gem_fb_create_with_dirty() was used was because I had the
ambition that the driver would only send out updates to DSI
command displays whenever something changed, so as to
minimize traffic.
It turns out this ambition with command mode isn't working
in practice because all the MCDE does is to create a
continuous stream of DSI commands and while it is possible to
send single frame updates with it, it's not been worthwhile.
So we are just setting up continuous updates.

Implement fbdev emulation that is optimized for drivers that use
DMA helpers. The buffers may no tbe moveable, may not require damage
handling and have to be located in system memory. This allows fbdev
emulation to operate directly on the buffer and mmap it to userspace.
Besides those constraints, the emulation works like in the generic
code. As an internal DRM client provides, it receives hotplug, restore
and unregister events. The DRM client is independent from the fbdev
probing, which runs on the first successful hotplug event.
The emulation is part of the DMA helper module and not build unless
DMA helpers and fbdev emulation has been configured.
Tested with vc4.

debug_active_activate() expected ref->count to be zero
which is not true anymore as __i915_active_activate() calls
debug_active_activate() after incrementing the count.
v2: No need to check for "ref->count == 1" as __i915_active_activate()
already make sure of that(Janusz).

Some of these dependencies used to be sensible when only a small part of
the platforms supported by ARCH=arm could be compiled together in a
single kernel image. Nowadays ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM is only used as a guard
for kernel options incompatible with a multiplatform image. See commit
84fc86360623 ("ARM: make ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM user-visible") for some more
details.
