* sysdeps/powerpc/bits/machine-lock.h: Remove file.
* sysdeps/powerpc/bits/memory.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/powerpc/bits/spin-lock.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/powerpc/machine-sp.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/powerpc/pt-machdep.h: Likewise.
* TODO: Update.
