(mutex_t): Type removed & replaced by new macro.
(tsd_key_t): Typedef to int instead of pthread_key_t.
(tsd_key_create, tsd_setspecific, tsd_getspecific): New macros.
(__pthread_initialize): New macro, work around assumption of pthreads.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/i386/init-first.c (__libc_argv, __libc_argc):
