* resolv/mapv4v6addr.h, resolv/mapv4v6hostent.h: Extracted from
gethnamaddr.c. These private functions are now used in more
than one file.
* resolv/inet_pton.c, resolv/gethnamaddr.c: Updated to bind-4.9.4-T5B.
