Update.
1999-08-15 Ulrich Drepper <drepper@cygnus.com> * wcsmbs/wcsnlen.c: Correct decrement maxlen. * wcsmbs/Makefile (tests): Add tst-wcsnlen. * wcsmbs/tst-wcsnlen.c: New file.
