* stdlib/strtoll.c: Add alias __strtoq_internal.
* stdlib/strtoull.c: Add alias __strtouq_internal.
* wcsmbs/mbrtowc.c: Correct logic testing for converted NUL
character. Patch by Owen Taylor <otaylor@redhat.com>.
