* nscd/mem.c (gc): Use alloca_count to get the real stack usage.
* include/alloca.h (alloca_account): Define.
* sysdeps/x86_64/stackinfo.h (stackinfo_get_sp): Define.
(stackinfo_sub_sp): Define.
