	must also contain protocol names.
	(servbypt): Likewise.
	Test must also check for protocol.  Add `proto' argument.

	* sysdeps/generic/sbrk.c (__sbrk):  Get kernel brk address
	always only if in static libc or if statically linked program
	uses libc.so.
