strtol.
(INT_FIELD_MAYBE_NULL): Likewise.

* stdlib/strtol.c: Don't redefine LONG_MAX, LONG_MIN, and ULONG_MAX.

* shlib-versions: Add appropriate definitions for ARM machines.
