* malloc/Makefile (distribute): Change malloc/gmalloc-head.c to
gmalloc-head.c.
(malloc/gmalloc.c): Depend on malloc/gmalloc-head.c.
(malloc/Makefile): Do $(make-target-directory) first.
* malloc/gmalloc-head.c: New file.
* po/Makefile (linguas.mo): Don't commit .mo files to cvs.
