Update.
* nscd/connections.c (start_threads): Use sysconf in case
_POSIX_CLOCK_SELECTION or _POSIX_MONOTONIC_CLOCK is not greater zero.
* nscd/nscd.c: Remove getaddrinfo stub definition.
