Update.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/lowlevellock.h (__lll_lock_wait):
Reverse order of parameters.
(__lll_timedwait_tid): Remove regparms attribute.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/lowlevellock.S: New file.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/libc-lowlevellock.S: New file.
