Update.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/rt-sysdep.c: New file.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/Makefile (librt-routines): Add
rt-sysdep.
* rt/tst-mqueue5.c (mqsend): Don't inline.
(mqrecv): Likewise.
