* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/dl-sysdep.h: Define
HAVE_DL_DISCOVER_OSVERSION.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/i686/dl-sysdep.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/dl-sysdep.h: Likewise.
